what we have done here is take pork shoulder and rub it down, smoke it and put it in the taco with our house cheese blend and pineapple jicima. you have three different ways with a triple platter here. that is the traditional way to make it to. it is a great combination and added a few things to change at different flavors. we have the habanero jelly. >> a little bit of spice.

there are a few great places to stop along the railroad and here there are a lot of tracks and art galleries with a candy store and a lot of great things to do for the families and a few miles of the akron station that has the akron zoo and museum and art galleries, shops, restaurants, you name it and can hop on the train with a holiday pass especially in the summer with for a few hours and get right back on. the scenic rail broke really provided a great dining experience working with creekside restaurant and bar and is a great opportunity which is a moving dining experience seeing all the wildlife and national parks. in addition to the dining excursions we have beer and wine

we have tried to emphasize blend and focus on making bread wine, in particular, in this facility and from the grapes at this site and had a barrel storage and a specific red wine press and the red lines are something that we see as our signature wine for this region and from our facility. over th people tell me they like the wind here. i want them to think that the grapes are connecting to the property, but more often than not they come until me that they like the view, as long as they are happy with something overlooking 30 acres of wine grapes manicured and neatly planted and organize to get a an idea of the precision that goes into growing great. for the day cleveland after
