high pressure has settled into the region. all across the buckeye state and even point south and really points among us we have high clouds to the north of us. they won't be making their way into our area though. here is our area of high-pressure that sticks around for at least the next 48 hours. colder air moves off to new

ray tenzing was an officer at the university of cincinnati when he fatallyayng shot sam dee during a traffic stop in 2015.20 the officer said he reached into the car to grab the keys from the ignition but was dragged by the armgr after debose try to te off, and that is when he reached up and shot him. prosecutors argued tenzing was not being pulled by the car and did not need to open fire. cincinnati's mayor said the case is not over. >> this case is not over. i think we have learned throughout this process how deeply prosecutor deiters feels about the case in about what is right and what is wrong. so i expect that he will look to continue to find a way to bring justice to this case. >> debose's family received a nearly $5 million settlement from the university, including undergraduate tuition for debose's children, a formal apology and an on campus

dashcam video has been released and an officer involved shooting in new jersey. the officer is heard asking admin brown to shut off his car. moments later, brown attempted to driveway, smashing into a couple of cars on that street. a struggle ensues, a gunshot is heard and brown is eventually subdued. he is held on $100,000 bail. the officer is on administrative leave as an underway. >> 4s americans are dead and 60 mores wounded after a suicide s bombing at a military base in afghanistan. defense secretary ash carter said the attack killed two us servicemen and two civilian contractors. the taliban is claiming responsibility tonight. witnesses say the bomberl may have been part of a group of day laborers who lined up outsidee the gates add-on to enter the base. one polish soldier was also hurt the attack. so far the pentagon has not identified the victims.
