hello, everyone. this is what people are talking about. we have breaking news from baltimore county. crews are on the scene looking for a possible drowning victim. we're live. let's go to captain mike perry with more. >> reporter: we're in the 8500 block of sandy plains road off cavanaugh road in north point where apparently an adult male, 21-year-old, was in a rear yard. several adults were swimming off the end of a pier when one went under. police responded very quickly along with fire personnel. fire personnel entered the water looking for the maen who submerged moments earlier. they were unsuccessful although the police officer was apparently kelling others that he could feel the victim but he could not raise him because he was so heavy. firefighters have send dive teams to the scene just a short

time ago. the dive unit did find the victim, the victim is now on the pier, this he are attempting resuscitation. the victim has been in the water about a half hour or no. the water temperature is 75 degrees. there is some hope here but it dwindles as they try to revive the victim. we'll keep you updated as we gather more information. >> thank you, reporting live. and unanswered successions about the murder of steve mcnair. and he was shot in a tennessee condo. a short timed ago the woman bought a gun days before their bodies were found. we have coverage and adam may has the late of the on the investigation. >> we're waiting for test results from the police department but in the meantime and family and tell a newspaper

that he was in the process of getting a divorce and planning to marry the waitress he met six months ago. new pictures emerge of mcnair and his girlfriend. they were vacationing a few months before thend to both their lives. on saturday afternoon, a close friend found the former ravens quarterback in his condo shot four times, twois in the head and twice in the chest. and his girlfriend was found shot ones in the head with a piston under her body. the evidence so far suggests murder-suicide but police have not come to a conclusion just yet. >> a doctor from the medical examiner's office. and he did the examination of the bodies. and the autopsies in the morning n twitch he led the ravens to a 13-3 record and a championship. he ended his impressive 13th season in 2008. >> my career will speak for

and we're always on. check in with eyewitness news for coverage of the murder of steve mcnair for updates and more reaction go to www.wjz.com. a short time ago for the teen accused of the crime that sparked outrage throughout the region. and we're following the story tonight. alnext. >> reporter: a short time ago, 17-year-old lee month davis was ordered without bail for firing a shot that struck a 5-year-old girl in the head. davis had been placed on home monitoring one day before the shooting after he pled guilty to a juvenile charge. davis is believed to have cut off the home monitoring device. on thursday he got into an argument in southwest baltimore and fired shots at another teen. one bullet hit the 5-year-old in the head. salary. >> the child remains in critical condition at shock trauma. and people are heading to los angeles less than 24 hours before the memorial tribute for

[ laughter ] >> welcome back. >> where is this person? >> were you on vacation. >> sorry. >> weather-wise. it is beautiful outside. we all know that. want to show you numbers to go along with it. we checked out 85-degree degrees. the average at 87 and look where we started. 58 degrees and coming in around 84 right now and i want to point out the dew point is 52 degrees. that's incredible for his time of year in this part of the country. we're usually in the 60s. pushing the 70s that's why it is muggy out there and sticky. with this dew point in the 50s. it is low and one of the reasons for that is because of the northernly wind we have in

place. and it moved by to the south. and kicking in the wind and keeping the drier air in place. it will continue. we have changes coming there is another front out there. and this is going to move into the very dry air you notice that it does not have a lot with it to begin with. as it moves through tomorrow. a shower and storm is possible but most of us is going to be dry with additional clouds from where we were today. after that front gets out of here we're going to stay cool and before we start to warm it up. and leaving us and coming down from the north and you notice there is another storm to the west. we'll have to watch this and middle part of the week but what is behind the storm is some really warm air. it will come our way friday into saturday after we deal with comfortable conditions here. the forecast it looks like
