new cell phone video gives us a look at the tanker that caused an overpass to collapse. a fuel tanker exploded. witnesses say the top of the truck hit a bridge that led to the collapse of an overpass on 75. only 3 people suffered minor injuries. investigators remain on the scene. there are warning signs but far too often they're ignored, tragedy on the tracks, a preview of what is coming up tonight. since the 1980s, trespassing is a huge problem for the railroads. the recent deaths of two teenager on the tracks left a family devastated. >> boys walk on what they thought was the safe track. >> reporter: that family not
