baltimore for the next hour. looks like most of the activity is dying down. probably see showers tonight. may get needed rain finally. federal agents arrest a man in conext with a murder suicide of former baltimore rivens quarterback steve mcnair and his 20-year-old girlfriend. denise is in the news room to explain. >> reporter: he is admitting he sold a loaded 9-millimeter gun to 20-year-old sahel kazemi. she killed steve mcnair while he slept. gilliam said he met sahel kazemi in the parking lot of dave and busters and sold her the weapon of $100. gilliam faces prison. >> eye witness news is gathering more information on this developing story, a live update at 5:00. the search is on for two suspects wanted for killing the

own of a baltimore county liquor store. as gigi barnett explains, police believe the man was murdered in the middle of a robbery rr it is still under investigation. they are searching for two suspects. baltimore county police say the owner of a liquor store is dead, shot once in the chest by two robbery suspects. police are on a hunt for them t. attempted robbery began around 9:00 last night at the liquor store in fullerton. the two robbers walked inside the store and at some point shot the man in the upper body and ran out without cash. he died inside the store. police need help finding the suspects. >> we are are asking for the public, if anyone saw two men running in any direction to contact the baltimore county police department. we are interested to find out if he went to a car or vehicle.

it just completely canceled the severe watch for all of maryland. have good storms going on down to the south and pretty good rains again to our north. take a look at radar. a lot of it bypassed the baltimore washington area across pa. around the city, where she a good cluster of showers east of the city. north and northeast of the baltimore region. showers moved through. it's lighter. hagerstown, moving in to pa a new. they are in the clear. heavier stuff by far south of ocean city, snow hill, that's moving to the east, northeast. you folks in summer set, worster, that's where you are going to see the strongest activity in the next hour or two. we got showers, nothing of a severe nature. around the city now the heavier stuff to the east, downtown area. there you see, that's all moving towards edgewood and

>> reporter: according to a report filed the 8th suspect arrested in the calculated killing of a florida panhandle couple helped hide the evidence. the 47-year-old mother allegedly owned a mini van used as a get away car t. van, seen afthe murders at a shop she owns traps ported several weapons and a safe stolen during the home invasion. according to the report, the safe was later found in her backyard. this was a home invasion robbery where the people stole a safe and we recovered the safe. >> reporter: state attorney insists the motive in the case was simply robbery. just minutes laters the sheriff left the door opened for something more. >> we do believe as the investigation continues that additional motives will be found. >> a spokesperson says the safe

to see how messy it can get, we did a test for your sieves. purchased four bags and designated each one for a particular type of food. green for meat, black for produce, blue for cans and the 4th bag would never be used. then we went shopping, three times over a two-week period. after our third shopping trip we dropped the bags off with sandy cook the lab supervisor in boise to be swab tested. each tested for a bacteria abundant in the feceses of warm- blooded animals. when we went to get the results they were shocking. >> there is so much growth on this plate. >> fist the bag that had never been used, negative for bacteria. canned goods or boxes, again, negative. now here is where it gets a little messy. the bag we used for meat did

police officers tase a man even though he is handcuffed in the back of their cruiser. you can hear his screams even though he is out of sight. the tapes indicate that the officers taunted the suspect as they tased him several times t. video shows officers dragging two other suspects along the road. the officers involved have been cleared of criminal charges but an internal investigation is underway. 35-year-old man has died from brain injuries after he was struck while buckling his young child in to a car seat in boston. >> reporter: freddie under went emergency brain surgery after the accident but didn't make it. prosecutors will upgrade charges against the driver who struck him. 47-year-old kathy ber gan was charged with fleeing the scene and negligence after she sideswiped the father. witnesss blocked traffic and cut off her escape when she

tried to drive away. police report shows that the time of the crash she was taking a drug to treat teret disorder. the driving records show several accidents and license revocations since 2004. a miami beach mansion goes up in flames destroying every inch of the 11,000 square foot structure. first responders, crews and a boat descended onto the 1920s home. the mansion was made of wooden materials which made it more difficult to put out the flames, it was listed for $6.9 million. in pennsylvania a tractor trailer flips over inside a quarry trapping the driver's pod under the cab. dozen of rescue workers rushed to rescue the 46 year old t. driver was pinned beneath a tiny space behind the wheel.
