that injured a 5-year-old raven wal. the gunman chases someone and disappeared. the video he obtained from the newspaper partner the baltimore sun shows people scattering. he is hart to see. he is a 17-year-old lamon. it davis, arrested a dozen times. he was on home monitoring wearing a gps bracelet. he pleaded no the guilty. his lawyer told wjz news that the shooter on the video is not his client because he says, he is not irwhatting the bracelet monitor. these are his legs enhanced for a view. investigators believe he was fighting with another teen, pulled out a gun and fired over and over hitting raven who had nothing to do with the dispute. >> what are we supposed to do. kids can not walk the street. they cannot go to school. she was just a little girl.

77 degrees with some clouds the forecast is coming up. we have breaking news involving one of college basketball's best known coach. rick pa. it ino is being extorted. he told his story to police and says that the woman is demanding $10 million. she is identified and she chames she was raped by the coach. the claims came after she was charged with extorsion. there is no evidence of rape. the final two bodies from the wreckage over the hudson. all victims have been located. the bodies were found after workers brought up the first piece of the damaged plane. investigators are checking to see if controls were working properly during the time of the

one suspect has been captured. police are searching for another suspect. >> it is high drama at the city police s.w.a.t. converges on mary avenue. a suspect barricades himself. the homeowner, a 93-year-old, is health hostage. after five hours police rescue the victim who says he was treated well. >> the intruder was calm. he said that, he said i'm not hear to hurt you but rest up. i'll run away. after that. >> the older man who use as cane and walker said he was abducted yesterday feeding the birds. he describes it on the phone from the hospital where he is undergoing tests. >> he picked you up.

>> reporter: he said he complied. when family members called he hung up. officers tracked the suspects with dogs to his backyard and surrounded the house. the family waited at the fire department around the corner being briefed by police. he would be rescued first then teargas would be fired into the home. but he was protecting himself. after being held hostage for hours, he says that he blocked the door of his bedroom and shouted out that if the suspect came in he would shoot him. he said his father had a handgun fully loaded to care out the fact but they saved him first. a veteran says it was stressful. >> what was in your heart. >> i don't know what he was going to do. >> a 26-year-old is charged
