meeting this week, it could calm tensions. >> reporter: and iran test fired two missiles capable of carrying warheads and reaching israel and europe and places in the middle east. the launches capped off war games, hundreds of missiles were test fired. and the guard say their goal was to put their country's might on display for the world. but the launches have sent concerns skyrocketing. the tests started days after the u.s. and allies reported they know about a nuclear site in iran. the administration and other powers have warned iran to give inspectors access to the secret site. they will let the un in but the president's top staffers say that's not enough when the countries sit down with officials on thursday, the white house has a clear message it wants to hear. >> demonstrate for the world

and sky chopper 13 was over the scene. you can see the crews are cutting the pipe apart to remove the damaged section. when it is pulled out the size will be visible for the first time. the crews say they will have to suspect more of the pipe before putting the new part in place. vic. >> thank you. when it burst flooded several neighborhoods. 20 years in prison, the sentence for a man who killed a woman asleep in her home with a stolen vehicle. aubrey miller learned his sentence. he was found guilty of man slaught err and grand theft. he drove a stolen truck through a house on york road killing mary sullivan. he faces charges for a stolen cell phone and other identity violations. slow down in school zones, the first of dozens of cameras coming to baltimore is days away from being up. we stay on the story. pat warren was there as the

this afternoon. all lanes are now open. the governorle rolled up his sleeve and received the flu vaccine. he got his shot at one of the flynnics held for employees. this they are in most doctor's offices. this is the first time he has gotten a seasonal flu shot. and more than 250 million americans will get the h1n1 vaccine. the government is preparing an effort to track how people respond to the vaccine. it involves researchers. dr. holly phillips explains. >> it's the regular safety program that we have as i like to say. >> reporter: the government hopes that the monitoring will detect any rare but real problems quickly. scientists will use vaccine registries and insurance databases to see if someone sees a doctor and why after

getting a shot. the cdc will look for a rare paralyzing condition. during the 1976 mass inoculations, 500 cases were reported. it has never been droven but the vaccine caused the disorder. at johns hopkins, researchers will send surveys to 100,000 people to see how they feel after receiving the vaccine. the cdc will have cards on how to report side-effects to the reporting web site. experts say extra monitoring could identify subsequent problems that are just coincidences. >> and some persons with ill raise questions about whether their event was precipitated by the vaccine. that's what this is designed to investigate. >> and go to www.wjz.com for complete coverage and information from the cdc. and the fight in prostate cancer is getting strength and

a waitress is recovering after being attacked by a stun gun. a dancer got into an argument with the waitress and stunned the victim. when she tried to fight back she stunned her twice. they are looking for the attacker who face as number of charges. a driver in nebraska is being called a hero after saving a baby from an intersection. the child is not much older than this one and was being watched when he crawled out of the apartment.

five years old were vulnerable to the reactions. >> in part because the younger stds are exposed to medications for the first time. research, based on studies spanning 11 years, shows penicillin were most problematic for smaller children. for teens they came from stim eye plants. anti-depressants and birth control pills. the study found no deaths from the reactions but a large number of patients had to see their paediatrician or go to the emergency room. 5% were hospitalized. parents should be more vigilant and be on the lookout for rashes, nausea. some mitting and belly pain. >> i would never give myself if inded up doing something that would cause them harm. >> experts say the medications are in many forms and concentrations and caution now to prevent problems down the

look at that gusts up to 30 miles an hour and in the 40s today. and 18 this past hour in baltimore. temperatures have been up and down and in addition to the winds we have an advisory. here the temperatures are behind the front, and 61 and 73 we're close to 80. and hanging over the great lakes. here is the the front extending down, making its way to the east. and the independent withs, cooler air and drier. that's coming our way. tomorrow starting with sunshine, clouds will build up and evening hours but it should stay dry. trier around the area and the cool air will come in. in the 60s. and lows are down into the 40s. here is how it looks for the forecast tonight. dropping to 52 tonight. rain or storms will be ending.

it is 4:29, 76-degrees with scattered rain showers. thank you for staying with us. i'm denise koch this is what people are talking about. the trial involving the death of john travolta's son could take a turn as a tape comes to light. we report from the caribbean with the latest developments. >> reporter: the actor is the key witness and they reportedly have a piece of evidence as well. a many toker ambulance driver on tape goshating with his lawyer. according to a reporter who has seen the tape, he demands $25 million explaining i was poor all my life, i wanted to do things for charity. his lawyer laugh and says you are a robin hood.

prosecutors say that he and another threatened to go public with a form related to the care of his son. the 16 year old died in january after having a seizure at the family's vacation home. one of the first workers there and drove the ambulance that took them partway to the hospital. the tape was made around the same time at a hotel in the caribbean. according to people magazine, he settled for 15 million on the tape and promises once this is closed, it is buried deeper than the ti. it. a n. it ic. they want to keep the tape out. the judge has yet to rule. and roman polansdi is in prison in switser land fighting extradition to the united states. vic is following this from www.wjz.com. >> reporter: a lawyer said that he is in a fighting mood. he was arrested on saturday on
