big day in court. he's yet to place a plea for killing the yale student. his bond is set at $3 million. it was a happy ending for a tennessee woman after her abducted child was found alive. she was reunited with the child saturday, and now a judge will be determining if he'll be allowed in the home for good. the department of children services removed children for safety reasons and they're not explaining what they are. the woman posed as an immigration agent and stole the baby. >> in recent years, lots of things are green and now, you have to look up. this harvest season, green roofs are glowing all across cities. it's in an effort to improve the environment all around the world. they're lowering energy costs and proving to yesterday organic fruits and vegetables

in some places. here in baltimore, 1500 set out to lower their carbon footprints wild peddling towards a greener environment. it's part of the one less car campaign and the goal is to combine fitness and conservation. >> reporter: with wristbands ready, a thousand riders are set to travel through historic neighborhoods to go green. well, in the past few years, we've done it. it's fun for cyclists and it's a great day, a lot of fun. >> reporter: fun for a cause. >> the whole making it easy and safe, it's fun and you can get great exercise having fun. >> reporter: one less car organizes the fundraiser and it's the only one of the year. it takes them 12 to 50 miles

welcome back, everybody. well, we started with the rain early yesterday and as that got out of here, we wrapped up a beautiful evening. and it was on the cool side at 68 and we started out at 48. the average is 72, we'll be at or below that for the next several days here. overall, not bad, enough 66 in baltimore and 52 in oakland and getting down to chilly nights.

in addition to that, the air's dried out and the dew points are in the 40s and the temperatures will, too, tonight. the winds are coming down and during the break -- it was out there and now, it's about 5 to 10 miles per hour we'll lose those overnight. the dry air is where we're pooling from. this is the storm to the south and this is the tail end of the storm from yesterday morning and in between the two, that's what we'll benefit from. and we'll start to get clouds out of this and most of the rain will stay down there and high pressure wedges it to the south. after that, it moves offshore and we'll see the colloids even -- clouds increase tuesday and wednesday night from this to the west. just a chance for a few showers with the storm and it gets out of here already by thursday. the forecast on the waters, small craft advisory was just lost and it will be in affect tomorrow.

and so, tonight, chilly one out there and getting into the 40s and tomorrow we'll recover under supplies -- supplies -- partly cloudy skies and it will be breezy. sr. temperatures will be average and we'll have a chance for showers tuesday and into wednesday before the storm gets out of here. as we head into the weekend and the week. the things will change. we'll have a strong cold front bringing rain on the front end of us and we'll have a round of chilly air on the way for next weekend and
