services to help get rid of bedbug problems. and a howard county couple is suing an apartment complex after they were bit in their sleep. they were told their unit was treated, but it was only inspected. and calls to the complex were not returned and the couple is seeking 1/2 a million dollars in damages. the family of a 14-year-old electrocuted sues the owner of an electrical. they were working in the area at the time. the family's trying to revie the lawsuit against the city that a judge dismissed. and the police arrested two men in connection with a murder in cockeysville

two are charged with killing a man on monday. and the man was found on the side of the road in stone gate court. the three men lived together in the same pardon me and he was -- apartment and he was killed. and a howard county man pleaded guilty in a crash that killed a teen. the family of the teen is out raged. ron matz has the latest. >> reporter: it's been a year since he was hit by a car this elkridge. the driver, a 27-year-old pleaded guilty yesterday and only to possession of heroin and driving while intoxicated. he'll spend six months in prison. the sentence falls short of what the family hopes. >> it's crazy you would do more time for possession of heroin that killing someone >> and he didn't get to graduate or go to college or

welcome back, this is moving ahead of us and you can see on the radar, we have the heavy rainmaking its way up. that's through the southern part of the eastern shore and it's continuing to move north. and we'll switch it and show you how it's coming together clouds are coming in and thickening up quickly. here comes the rain quickly from the south. this is the beginning and it's expected to continue for the next 24 hours. and the flash flood is in effect for the entire state. it's the west of the mountains that is feared to get the worst

of the storm. the winds will pick up throughout the south tomorrow. . and that concerns those tomorrow. it will be a different storm as isabelle. there will be a consistent -- probably, ten to twelve hours out of the south before they turn around. we could have coastal problems. and temperaturewise, we'll go up a little bit. but not much. this is down to the south and all of the rain is ahead of it and it's going to continue to come our way. we have a lot of questions and what happens with the center of the storm? you notice, the track ends here, the national hurricane center thinks it will leave at this point on thursday. as we know, the rain's in place and the rain will continue to come our way. we have a huge dip in the jet stream. even if that doesn't come on top of us, it will still cause

a lot of rain. this is another model. it's taking that back on shore into the carolinas and passing through maryland. and it will move through quickly with the rain ahead of us and it gets through for the weekend. the high tide is a concern, too. we have a high tide at 11:47 p.m.. this is at baltimore fort mchenry and we have another one tomorrow. and they vary differently. they're the two high tide times and the forecast the like this today. the rain's starting and the rain will be heavy at times and it will be heavy into tomorrow. the winds are picking up and wind gusts up to 30 to 40 miles per hour. it's going to get in here and get out quickly and we'll have the five day.
