for americans traveling to europe. terrorists are planning attacks in crowded places. >> reporter: the u.s. state department issued an alert urging americans traveling in europe. there's a terror plot targeting mass transit hubs. use common sense. if they see packages and if they hear loud noises or see something beginning to happen that they should quickly, quickly move away. will,. >> reporter: the alert is below a formal travel warning which would advice americans not to visit europe. it's the first time in recent history, there's an alert for a continent because of a threat and overseas, the news puts some on edge. i -- [ indiscernible ]

counselors are on the campus after he collapsed in practice, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. the cause of death is under investigation. we'll have more and including reaction from the school coming up tonight at 11:00. and another story tonight, a 16-year-old is murdered in edgewood, the police are searching for the gunman. the deputies found the victim shot in a vehicle in cloud cover valleyway. he was pronounced dead at the hospital. and three are hurt following a row home fire in east baltimore. the firefighters responded to the 300 block of north robins street at 7:00 this morning flames were brought to control after 20 minutes, but everything was destroyed. the people were treated at johns hopkins with nonlife threatening injury. >> >> the final chapter of the corruption investigation is almost here.

this merges and brings us a lot of rain. it's starting to pick up in the city. annapolis had a batch move through and it's easing up and there's more on the way. this picked up and same thing also for this area. we had some sunshine mixing with the clouds and they thickened up and they're starting to lower. and here comes the rain. and that's jumpy. the wind is another part of the story. as these storms converge, these winds are really going to pick up out of the north east. they were gusting at 21 miles per hour today and tomorrow, they'll be closer to 31 miles per hour and the combination of this is making for chilly conditions 65 in d.c. and these are close to the highs on the day. and 59 at easton. and the rain has come in and 46 now and that's in oakland. we'll drop 50 degrees overnight and not go up tomorrow. en we'll knock ten degrees off

of the highs tomorrow. it will be a chilly day out there. overall, it looks like this, we have the storm coming up from the south and this is the other cold front from the west. and they're moving on top of us and they're forming into one solid storm here. during the time frame, it's going to detach from the jet stream and there's nothing to push it along. once it moves on top of us and forms, it will be sticking around. now,the heaviest of the rain is tonight and into tomorrow. it's not like thursday, but we'll have heavy rain and it starts to rotate around the low and with the low in place, expect clouds. maybe a few peeks of sunshine and a few showers and this is what i was describing. here's the jet stream and it pushes the storms along and forming and detaching. it's going to stick around for a few days here. and out on the waters, the gayle waters will be around and

well, flacco had a big smile in the post game. well, he should have. he had a big turn around. he's getting better and better. he's good to the last drop. that described the raven's -- steelers match up for the afc north. and where they're tied at the top and i'll tell you, momentarily. yes, under 8 minutes to go, the ravens were losing -- and we see, as they go for the angle. that made it 14-10 and we'll fast forward under 30 seconds left to go. and there's the touchdown pass from flacco and that's not for the faint and weak of heart. and watch the game ending. that's the sure fire future hall of famer.
