of testimony, dna evidence and dozens of charges. prosecutors say dna on key evidence like gloves and a halloween mask allegedly used during the robbery links the three defendants to the murder of city councilman ken harris. prosecutors reminded jurors of testimony and showed testimony that put the defendants at the crime scene. the jury was told they are all three equally responsible for everything involved in this case and they came there locked and loaded. ken harris visited the haven lounge to borrow a cork screw and use the bathroom but he walked in on a robbery, tried to get away and was shot in the back. >> my husband was true champion for justice. help understood the meaning of community and people working together. >> i stand here on behalf of the harris family. when i say i want justice to

on sunday. most of it is up to the north. we'll see a few peeks of sunshine but a lot of clouds. this northwest wind has come. take a look. 56 in baltimore. that's it. take a look out west even more empresssive. 37 in oakland this afternoon, just absolutely incredible. here's the situation. we do still have the same storm. you see it's spinning around the entire mid-atlantic. here's where most of the solid rain has pushed. as long as this is in the region we do have the chance for the shower although we won't get the more solid rain. the chance for the showers and then tomorrow as it wraps up and starts to pull out we have the chance for a few showers. it's not until thursday that it clears up. with this hanging around that's what we're talking about, keeping the clouds around and cool air. by thursday it starts to leave us. sunshine returns in the afternoon and temperatures will respond. so the forecast comes together
