dead locked. the jury in the ken harris trial is yet to reach a verdict. what's the hold up? >> hello, i'm don scott. and i'm jessica kartalija. nearby here's what people are talking about today. there's five days around still, no verdict in the ken harris murder trial. this is a day after they were told they couldn't reach the decision on the charges. derek valcourt has more on the problems the panel is now facing. >> reporter: hi, jessica, the jurors have been back at it. they've started around the 9:00 hour. the deliberation was set for day five. they were having disagreement and not able to reach a unanimous consensus. the judge asked them to keep on

working. jurors said they're not able to reach a unanimous decision on the two most important charges in the case. felony murder and conspiracy to commit murder. the judge urged them to keep on deliberating. the three are accused of murdering ken harris in 2008. he was visiting the haven long and he walked in on a robbery and he tried to get away and he was shot in the back. dna evidence implements the suspects spotted in surveillance video and the suspense tried to punch whole in the evidence saying there's no three they were responsible for harris' death. >> it's unclear right now how long the judge will ask the

>> and that's right. the 16-year-olds are charged with murder. william colins and kaitlyn curchaw planned on shooting her family so they could be together. one family was hit by a bullet fragment and survived. kaitlyn confessed to the plot and despite the violence, her family is sticking by her and loves her. >> thank you, and both will being held in lieu of $500,000 bond. free speech or harassment. there's a dispute between the maryland marine father and a church. lawyers for snider presented the arguments before the supreme court yesterday. snider says that the church protest that includes signs thanking god for dead soldiers

the real andy harris. his past attacks have been called deceptive, his new attack, false. harris voted for deregulation increasing our electric bills by 72% it's not surprising, harris always sides with the big guys. he opposes cracking down on wall street and supports tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas. harris even opposed making big insurance cover cancer screenings. andy harris' extreme ideas will cost us. the war in afghanistan entered the tenth year today. so far, 1300 americans died there. it comes as the officials are said to be holding low key talks with the government about ending the fighting between themselves. the u.s. is said not to have parts in the talks. >> the officials are giving the

time line to the end of the terrorist alert in europe. it's the result of a high level intelligence sharing. france and great britain are believed to be targets. and an environmental disaster is happening in hungary. the bright read sludge reached a river and it could flow into half a dozen other countries from there four are dead and 150 more were burned by the waste product. and in tennessee, a local fire company is criticized for letting a home burned to the ground. the woman forgot to pay the $75 protection fee. the crews presented the name -- flames from going to other homes.

we regret that the home burned as a result to not pay and this tragedy was not the fault of the department, but rather, the failure of the family not to pay that subscription. >> and the home is a complete loss, three pets died in the fire. she doesn't understand why they could put the fire out and then collect the fee. in arizona, a neighborhood laundromat is open for business today. a car hops the curve and crashes through the front of the building. amazingly, no one was hurt. the clerk had just stepped outside when it happened the driver was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. >> and still ahead. your complete first warning weather forecast 2 1/2 minutes away. >>

sleeves or not to sleeve on sunday. i have to be honest with you, in honor of the ravens doing their thing for breast cancer. i'm going to have on the camo and like a pink, a pink golf shirt. well, 75 degrees. wow, that's going to be nice and by the end of the game, probably more like 69 or 70 and dropping it by 8 to 10 degrees. a great run friday through tuesday. temperatures around 80 degrees and dress like a raven. there you go. >> go without the sleeves. man up. all right, marty. >> all right, and don't miss tonight's prime time line up.
