police say they have had 11 vehicles accidents that were fat alties this year. >> reporter: say most of the pedestrians accidents were pedestrian error. tomorrow will face his victims in court. he is charged with killing 32 people on a u.s. military base. over the next few weeks he will listen as dozens of witnesses take the stand. these hearings will determine if there is enough evidence to take hiss san to trial. killed during a daring rescue attempt. new reports suggest she actually died at the hands of her american rescuers. >> u.s. soldiers may have killed british aid worker linda

set. watch closely as a chase scene was being filmed. a yellow car turned on the street and crashes into a police vehicle with a real officer inside. the officer was responding to a call. he was taken to the hospital. filming has been suspended until safety procedures are reviewed. in a little more than 24 hours the first of the chili chileian miners will be sealed in the capsule for a twisting 2000 trip to the surface. each journey will take about 20 minutes. after being reunited with their families the miners will be taken to a hospital to recup rate. they have been underground about 10 weeks. he just wanted the president to read his book.
