's going to bring a heavy bit of rain. wind also pick up. it will start moving out by late tonight. for more on how it impacts the

day, we send it over to marty bass. >> we're talking about a nor'easter. it's going to make a turn over ocean city. ocean city will get about the first 1% of the storm. the big problem will be on long island sound and new england. it will send it into our neighborhoods. i want to talk about wind. high pressure is trying to rush in behind that low. that ease where we're going to get our winds primarily tomorrow with gusts as high as 40 to 45 miles an hour. a pretty good weekend. meteorologist tim williams will have the details coming up shortly. a shocking disturbing. at this hour maryland state police in finksburg is collecting evidence where two men were found dead early this morning, wjz and weijia jiang

has more. >> reporter: police say these two victims have had a contentious relationship for years arguing over things like property lines and now both men are dead and they believe it is a possible murder suicide. the search for the man who killed steven focht came to an end. the call led them to pilgrim lane in finksburg. he was shot dead in the driveway. >> as daybreak, a trooper on a per rem ter -- perimeter saw a body that turned out to be the individual that troopers were searching for, believed to be the suspect. he was deceased as well. >> reporter: detectives believe

take a look across the wjz outback. you see the development of this storm system. it is a nor'easter bringing the rain first. that moved in late morning. now we're starting to seat winds pick up. right now they're not a factor, only a seven-mile-an-hour wind. it has set up shot and continue to press up towards new england and beyond. as it does, it will wrap this rain around. it expect to see about a half inch to an inch before it starts to clear out later tonight with straggling showers tomorrow morning. we have 55 degrees at bwi. the humidity at 92%. an east wind at 10 miles an hour. we have 43 in oakland. still seasonably cool. it feels much clammier and much

more miserable in some instances. what we're looking at 10-mile- an-hour winds. temperature also get into the upper 50s well below the average of 68 but we will rebound. the winds will pick up. we'll get into 30-mile-an-hour winds and 30 and 50 as the storm wraps up that will happen tomorrow. the rain is moving across the region from frederick to hagerstown out to the west. we'll see localized areas seeing one to two inches of rain primarily around the eastern shore. talk about the rain. we'll continue to see it wrap up but the wind also dry us up. we'll see temperatures in the low 60s. that will be tomorrow. we dry out just in time for the weekend. a quick eye on paula. paul will will be making a wide turn to the north and northeast
