husband is found guilty of murder. hello everybody i'm denise koch and here is what people are talking about tonight. a mystery that haunted the family and friends of kayhill for five year, she disappeared, her body never found. but today a baltimore city judge found her husband guilty of murder. >> reporter: tears of joy flowed as tracy kayhill's loved ones got the news they were waiting for. juries believe there was enough evidence to convict her husband dennis of second degree murder. >> it has been to hell and back if i can say for the last five years, we're just constantly looking. you don't know where she could be. >> reporter: dennis kayhill's

fiance left the court in tears. >> the evidence was prejudicial, it was inflammatory and the result was a conviction. >> reporter: the key piece of evidence was a surveillance vehicle of tracy kayhill's car was being driven after her death and it was locked with an alarm. and dennis was the only one who had it. >> wherever she's at right now, she didn't want to be there, somebody put her there. >> reporter: dennis showed little visible emotion when he heard the verdict. he could spend up to 20 years

blind bars. mike hellgren. two people were hit by a car outside of denny's many baltimore county tonight. this is video from north point, you can see emergency points putting one victim in the ambulance. we are not sure how badly the two were hurt. you could be breaking the law and not even know it. you also could be putting lives in danger and as drivers are finding out it will cost you. wjz is live along the jfx weijia jiang explains, police are now enforcing the state's new move over law. weijia. >> reporter: this law looking to create a barrier for people who put their lives on the line every day. the maryland state trooper who survived this crash almost didn't. >> this could have turned out definitely a lot worse. >> reporter: police say a driver sideswiped the troopers cruiser as the trooper responded to another collision.

now that driver is charged with not yielding for a trooper. >> all they have to do is pull over into the next lane, if it's not going to impede the traffic, and if not then slow down to a reasonable speed. >> reporter: the law requires drivers to yield to vehicles that are pulled over, fire trucks emergency and rescue vehicles. susan colgen's husband is a paramedic, she says he's the always worried. >> she's afraid that the drivers are not paying attention to the sirens or anything. the new law applies to every single roadway in maryland whether it's a fast moving highway or even just a smaller street that runs through town. the penalty for not moving over, a primary offense is $100 and one point on your driver's license. if the result is a crash, it's 550 and three points.

take a look at some incredible video from new mexico. a tornado was spotted, a second tornado was later confirmed in the same area. two beaches are closed following a shark attack. a 19-year-old college student was bitten in the leg and bled to death before paramedics could arrive. this is a picture of his boogy board that had about 1 foot section bit off. the shark was between 14 and 18 feet long. a grieving father in arizona makes a stunning plea to one of the people involved in his son's murder. 21-year-old zachary marco was shot and killed during a robbery at arizona state university. police believe two men were involved, a driver and a shooter. zachary's father wants to identify the trigger man and he's willing to make a deal with his accomplice. if he comes forward i will
