rally with patriotism. good afternoon. that's what we are talking about. the death of osama bin laden. here is danielle nottingham. >> reporter: there is a new threat of anti-american violence around the globe. the white house says that dna evidence confirms he was killed by navy seals who stormed the compound. >> he is dead and justice has been done. >> details are emerging about the operation in pack stab that ended the hunt for the leader. the president made the decision to launch the mission on friday. he paced it on cia intelligence indicate that's was most likely inside the million dollars compound about 35 miles north of islamabad. helicopters went in, one had problems but landed.

they shot the leader in the head and two sons. the raid took less than 45 minutes. no u.s. military was hurt. he was buried at sea from a warship. >> we won a victory in the last several days by killing osama bin laden. this will put al-qaeda on defense. >> reporter: but the death does not end the threats from the terrorist group. homeland security has issued an alert warning about possible retaliatory attacks. >> there is no doubt that al- qaeda will pursue attacks against us. we will remain vigilant at home and abroad. >> reporter: the power base has shifted to yemen. the fbi updated the ten most wanted fugitives list. he is now listed as deceased. the cia director warnings the u.s. cannot let down its guard.

a domestic dispute. ron matz has more. >> hello, it started when the man barricaded himself into a car in randallstown. he shot his wife twice and sometime later he turned the gun on himself, he was pronounced dead. the wife is being treated in the hospital. she will survive. and the names have not been released. don, back to you. >> they have a 13-year-old daughter but she was not home at the time. police are looking into who stabbed three people near jarrett square mall. it started in the parking lot and continued in the milford mill area where three men were stabbed. they will survive. a maryland man is arrested in mississippi, driving the car of a woman found dead at a centreville farm. lindsey christina was found dead. they had been looking for her in connection with her murder.
