nearly three years she already served and factor in good behavior. she should walk free bier -- by early august. she was convicted of four separate counts of lying to vearls. the judge said those lies were costly. >> as a result of those four separate and distinct lies, law enforcement expended a great deal of time. >> reporter: demonstrators gathered outside the courthouse are disgusted by the jury decision and they don't want her ever free. >> i'll take a couple months. >> there was a lot of evidence. >> reporter: when anthony finally gets out of jail, many expect her to cash in with interviews and a book deal. those could catch anthony in millions. >> it could set the standards

police are still searching this hour for the man who attacked a speed camera mounted on this jeep on the baltimore washington parkway. the unknown man confronted the speed camera suv while a contractor was inside. >> the individual went to the rear window of the jeep and began topping on the rear window with a shotgun. the witness was obviously frightened at that point, began blowing his horn. the individual came around to the front of the truck and began striking the front windshield with his hammer. state police say the man was armed with the ham are in one hand -- hammer in one hand and a is the gun in the other. >> the highway worker was not injured. the windshield has been broken. other than that we don't see other damage. >> reporter: this shut down

cameras. the search for a missing boater has come to an end in anne arundel. searchers recovered the body of the 235-6789 he was boating when a sharp turn caused him and another woman to be tossed. the woman was rescued. the man at the center of a nationwide manhunt and was known then as clark rockefeller is on the move again. his real name is christian gerhartsreiter and is on his way to california where he is accused of killing a man 25 years ago. he is accused of kidnapping his daughter from boston and bringing her here in 2008. a man who approached the capital with a gun -- officers fired wounding him. the mother said he was suffering from depression and was trying to get officers to kel hill.
