we have hit it. just a few more defrees to go before the heat of the day. we will top out about 4:00. humidity is 47% and the winds is drying us out nicely. the barometer is pretty high because the high pressure is in control of the forecast. over the state, 52 in oak land. the other temperatures -- . the high pressure was close for comfort, the pressure and the low continue to go move away. with that, from out in the picture, the high is taking

over and we don't have a chance of precipitation. we have one little snag in the forecast, a low-pressure system, a front, if you will, that will come in from the north and will come in through the backs door. not coming with moisture, none to work with, but it will be a cold front that will drop the temperatures back some. staying with the clear and cool and nice conditions. that will mean that we go from the 70s back town to the 60s and we will warm up again. keeping an eye on the tropics, phillip, should be a cat door one storm before moving out. the front offshore will keep that pushed bay and moving from the north and northeast. it is not a concern for us. a
