police discover what they believe to bed -- to be the body of a missing boy from maryland. >> where he was found. hello again. i'm jessica kartalija. >> i'm don scott. here's what people are talk bsmght the sad breaking news. just momenting ago police announced the amber alert for 11-year-old william mcquain is over. they found his body just after 11:00 this morning. mike hellgren has the breaking developments. >> reporter: that police press conference on this just wrapped up. here's what we know. they found his body in a wooded area near several of the areas where they had been searching continues this weekend. it was in clarksburg off 355 and i-270 and a few miles from his home where they found his mother

murdered last week a dog handler found the remains of a little boy in clarksburg this morning. police believe they are william mcquain. the 11-year-old has been missing for several weeks. curtis lopez is accused of muring his mother jane -- murdering his mother jane and then he fled to north carolina. lopez agreed to be extradited back to maryland. new court documents reveal another woman was found driving jane mcquain's car. after she crashed it they found numerous items inside, including a box certificate, several marriage certificates and other items. >> it's hard being in this building and you know what happened. >> reporter: in doll doll gom police searched parks for little -- in montgomery county police

searched parks for days. they found his body just after 9:00 this morning. friends describe young william as sweet, always ready top lend a helping -- to lend a helping hand. he loved football and attended martin luther king school. they found what is believed to be his remains this morning. mike hellgren reporting. >> thank you. mcquain had not been seen since september 30th. city police are investigating the rape of a 13-year-old in east baltimore. detectives say it happened around 9:00 last night in the00 block of north caroline. the girl was pulled into a vacant house and sexual assaulted. police are looking at a african-american man 5'3", last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt

with jeans. if you have information call 866-lockup. kevin pushia was given life in prison. last year he pleaded guilty to arranging the murder of lemuel wallace. pushia admitted to trying to collect more than $1 million in life insurance policies in his name. a leal college student's -- local college student's body was discovered at the bottom of a trash chute. >> reporter: police say the body is that of a 23-year-old recent graduate of loyola university. emily hauze's body was found at the bottom of the trash chute of the park charles apartment. police are waiting on autopsy results from the coroner's

already close to 70. the winds are turning around to the east as the new storm system approaching us. two parts of the storm comes together. here's some of the clouds ahead of the storm. they will start to thicken up. then this storm moves our way. along the way, it will pick up all the moisture from the south. so we've got the clouds coming in, picking up. then the rain arrives overnight. during the day tomorrow we could see rounds of heavy rain as the storm system moves through. all of it pushes off to the northeast. it's close enough that it will affect us. the winds will be up and the winds will bring in much cooler air. the forecast for today looks like this. we're going back niewpt 70s with -- up into the 70s with thickening clouds. then rounds of rain possibly
