girl seen on the tape. >> she was bullied and harassed into doing this. >> reporter: the dad said the 14-year-old never knew the camera was rolling. >> i visit these sites quite often. i didn't think something like this would stand for a couple minutes. if their privacy was so good, then why was it kept there. >> school officials said it was kept outside a building not used for instructional purposes. they told wjz baltimore city public school the received a report of an alleged incident. an investigation is underway. in the meantime city schools are working with the families of the students allegedly involved to make sure they receive the support they need. >> i was shocked. i thought it was terrible,

apauling. >> the girl's dad said it's a reminder for parents to keep close watch. >> all of her friends will be monitored. these are things that are important for a parent to know. >> reporter: the girl on that video as since transferred from douglass high. mike hellgren reporting for wjz eyewitness news. >> baltimore city police are working with school officials in this ongoing investigation. >> a man at the center of the investigation of a young montgomery county by could face the death penalty. cur tell us lowest is facing charges in the death of jane mcquain. jane's son william had been missing since september. his body was found tuesday in a wooded area. the montgomery county state's attorney said he may consider pursuing the death penalty for jane's murder. police are still waiting on

autopsy results to determine how william died. >> there is no connection between the deaths of two residents of a downtown apartment building. on sunday 23-year-old emily hauze' body was found at the bottom of a trash chute. 14 months earlier, harsh kumar died the same way. kumar had alcohol and sleeping drugs in his system. his death was ruled an accident. 82 cats found inside a woman's home. now an animal cruelty investigation is underway. animal control said conditions inside the frederick county home were so bad, they had to call in hazmat crews to remove the animals. the cats are now at a shelter. one cat did have to be put down. the others are all said to have bites and other wounds.

a judge will decide if the owner whose name wasn't released will face charges. the recent death of a baltimore city man who was shot back in 1999 is now being lay baled homicide -- labeled a homicide. brown's death was a homicide because the cease sure was a -- seizure was a result of a disorder he suffered after being shot in the head. 2-year-old -- sukeforth is charged with several offenses. he used an alias to contact boys ages 13 and 14. switching gears now, looks like the rain has moved out off your area. it's shaping up to be a nice afternoon but that sun could be
