we get snow this early, we have had it the 10th of october and this is a time it will be sooner, not later. we told you about an area of moisture from the rockies that dumped about 8 1/2 inches of snow and that low pressure that is bringing it our way is moving south and should hit the coast line around georgia, the carolina coast line and start to run up the coast as a nor'easter and that moisture is moving our way. late tonight and in the afternoon tomorrow, a winter storm watch in effect and it will have the winter weather conditions with several inches of snow in the area and we will have more on that in a second and as that front moved through yesterday, it is colder today than it was yesterday.

as this police officer was heading to work, he was viciously attacked in his cruiser. >> one of their own is hurt, there is still an investigation and about 8:00 this morning, a man jumpedd into a police cruiser on walter avenue in north baltimore. a police officer was in the marked vehicle and the man took out a knife and started to attack the deputy, but the police officer fought back and shot the man in the arm. they don't know what sparked this attack. the deputies have not released the name of the officer, but he is a ten-year veteran. the dpoam foam --

montgomery county man that said his partner disappeared in aruba, he will be in court. he wants to be released. he is suspected in that disace appearance of the woman after that was in august. he said she was swept away when they went snorkeling. the judge denied the appeal to be released. we will have the latest on that hearing on eyewitness news at 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00. dozens in maryland said that they were scammed after the group received thousands from them, the promise was that raven's players would come to their school to speak, but none showed up. the ravens said they are not a

the occupy wall street protests are continuing and in oak land, a war veteran is in the hospital after he was hit in the head in a protest. occupy baltimore is continuing, they are camping out overnight, it was over 48 hours since they were told to scale back in the overnight. so far the city is not showing signs to force the protesters out. you will soon pay more to rent a movie starting on monday. it will be $1.20, up from a dollar a day. the prices for renting blue ray or video games will not go up. they had to raise the rates because of debit card transactions and other expense.
