baltimore city, a 12-year-old girl allegedly raped in a baltimore school, and now another sexual assault comes forward from south baltimore high school. a 14-year-old girl says she was sexually assaulted outside of the ben franklin high school. >> reporter: the victim says this happened in early october when her daughter was working on a class project. her daughter and two other students were picking up trash as part of the project when the other two students ran off and her daughter stayed behind and a man grabbed her and brought her to a nearby alley and sexually assaulted her. >> she said she was picking trash and when she was doing that she fell someone standing behind her and he pulled her to the side of the alley. >> now why baltimore police

confirm this is an active investigation the victim's mother says the school system feels that even though the daughter was working to complete a class assignment, it is not liable because it happened off campus. we have not talk to the school yet and we will have more from the search and the suspect coming up at six. now the latest from aruba. attorney lou pose is not represents jerry gee owe dono. he has tried to get him released from prison but has been denied. while he no longer represents him, he believes the businessman will be released.

americans end up on public websites, a u.s. senator makes a plan to have them pulled. we told you about the master file that lifts your name and social security number after you die. it is maintained by the feds and sometimes it is put on the web. some say that social security number of their kids were used to file tax claims and because of stories like that senator bill nelson wants to introduce a bill to allow the agency to hold back certain information for two years after death. >> the stolen identity and ripping off the taxpayer by getting tax refunds is an outrage and that's why we are going to pass the law and stop this nonsense. nelson says he plans to meet with the social security administration and he wants them to pull information like

to do and you just can't tell jerry no. >> jerry sandusky is the former assistant coach charged with molesting eight boys he met through a charity he started to help at risk children and last night someone threw pieces of a cinder block through the window of sandusky's home and no one was inside. in the case of victim one, the boy says the abuse started when he was 11 and happened repeatedly at sandusky's home and the mother said the boy asked for help finding information about sexual predators. >> i asked him who he was looking up and he said he wanted to see if jerry was on there. and i said well, why would you look him up? and he said i don't know, he is a weirdo. >> the scandal had brought down four top university officials. two charged with a coverup and the university president fined for not doing enough and head coach joe paterno dismissed for the same reason and the first

air, a few passing clouds from the west and from the east lake- effect snow hitting parts of new york and also northern pennsylvania and chilly air will wrap around the high pressure to the south and a large cold front and it broad the winds and brisk conditions and sunshine tomorrow and in the 60s and sunday clouds increase but the rain holds off until monday and what is left of shawn blowing to bermuda but a late season tropical storm nonetheless. overnight some spots in the upper 20s by daybreak, a clear breezy finish to veteran's day and tomorrow temperatures bouncing back and we go down to 37 with partly cloudy skies and here is how thing will shape out for the seven-day forecast,

caused the crash. now, abc2news at 5:30. >> we save homes, we save families. >> the lines are long and as people hope one group can help them out of a mortgage mess and they could be out of trouble in less than a day. and police want the mother after missing 2-year-old to come in and talk even though she is not a suspect. why they believe she has important information that could help find her son. first though, all new at 5:30. thousands have been lining up at the convention center and they are seeking help from banks to save their homes from foreclosure. the event is put on by one of the largest nonprofit advocacy groups and curry redman says it promises solutions for those in desperate need. >> reporter: they lined up early before dawn looking to get help in order to save their

tomorrow morning and there's a nice rebound temperature-wise coming that forecast in a few minutes. news from around the nation starts in washington where investigators want the mother of a 2-year-old that is missing to voluntarily come in and answer questions. police say the mother is not a suspect or even a person of interest but they believe she has key information that could help them find her son sky. police have not talked face to face with the mother since the boy vanished oned sunday after she ran out of gas and left him sleeping along and walked with her four-year-old daughter. a police chase in portland, oregon didn't end the way the officer planned. he hits the suspect's vehicle and ends up in a house. there was man but was injured. the two people in the car suffered nonthreatening

that i'm seeing. how long have you been doing this,don? >> it has been 16 years since i graduated from college with a fine arts degree and starting showing my last year, so about 17 years and have been here at the waterfowl festival my 13th year. >> did you know right off of the bath is what you wanted to do. >> no, i started resource management and shifted into biology from there and had a passion for art and was taking art classes because i enjoyed it and took one where i picked up a couple pieces of steel and within a month i changed majors and changed schools and i found my voice. >> reporter: and what inspires your voice. >> birds, that is my passion and my primary subject matter and what i am most comfortable with. >> reporter: do you have any favorite pieces. >> yes, a couple of pieces. it is usually the case, your newest piece is always your

so it will be a breezy, chill in the air and no question about that and from baltimore today, we found basically just a mix of clouds and sunshine. not a bad looking day but it was breezy and there was that chill in the air to deal with, no question. at the high school and next, fall foliage but we are beginning to lose the winds are knocking down the leaves and right about this time in november and gwen oaks, you can see the trees getting bare and a winter look and the air will not be winter like over the winter, we will warm up, maryland's most powerful radar showing nothing, just a couple light passing showers in carlisle pa where the army war college is. temperatures, 30 in oakland and slighter milder towards the peninsula but not much. winds are from the west at 10 to 14 and breezy weather and

there's a chill in the air from the north and west, 38 degrees, the wind chill in hagerstown and 35 is what it feels like in frederick and it feels like the upper 30s in the city. there's very little weather on the horizon next couple of days. there are some lake effects and snow in the new england states and you have a trip to buffalo, new york, maybe a little snow on the ground and other than that, things dry and high pressure in the south and east will continue to swirl in the chilly winds and through at least part of the day we will be breezy and the skies will clear out and a few clouds and i think it will mean nice clearing for saturday and a sunny senator as we go through the day early sunday but there will be additional clouds sunday and the chance for some showers to come in here on monday. but i think the weekend will remain dry and by the way, what is left of tropical storm shawn, not very impressive but a bit of a wild 24 hours out towards bermuda as the tropical
