on board. >> reporter: how it was found and is there any threat tonight. hello, everybody. a southwest plane bound for bwi marshall is evacuated because of a suspicious substance on board. at this hour people in baltimore are still waiting for their loved ones to arrive. >> authorities have determined that powder posed no threat, but there were still tense moments before that was known. a frightening experience on wednesday. southwest airlines 793 is evacuated after an attendee found a -- >> we had a number of passengers who were wheelchair bound. we brought them out of the aircraft, and the rest of them

location. there she said this man sexually assaulted her. the teen said she was dropped off right here at the corner of wood lawn and kreul across from woodland memorial park. people who live in the area are on edge. >> i feel scared now because it could happen to anybody. >> it's a busy area over here. >> this right here is like expected to be safe but. >> reporter: county police say the victim gave detailed descriptions of the car and the two suspects who weren't wearing masks. >> any kind of an incident like this is very frightening and we are very interested in finding these 4 suspects. >> reporter: now investigators need leads on these men before they strike again.

crash. the men arrested were some of the most violent in maryland. describes their link to a major drug cartel. >> move in to arrest a group of 6 men we now know were planning a home invasion to steal money that belonged to a drug cartel. met with an undercover atf agent in a ymca to set up the robbery. he and a couple of dudes that will go straight in there, knock them off. but before that could happen atf agents move in. they try to get away driving recklessly before crashing. they found a .38 caliber revolver and a handgun. all of the men have criminal records and are now charged with con pier asy with intent

to disdistribute a controlled substance. the atf tells eyewitness news that was its goal to disrupt and arrest the most violent. >> an atf agent was injured in the raid. he is now out of the hospital. federal agents from across the northeast participated in the raid. a first grader told her grandmother she was asked to rub her teacher's feet. the grandmother said they found several other children were also selected for the activity. school facials say they -- officials say they talked to the teacher. baltimore's own josh charles makes a list in people magazine's sexiest men alive.
