boys. >> tonight the accusers speak out. hello everybody. here is what people are talking about, it has happened again, a huge college college sports program torn apart by allegations against one of its leaders. syracuse assistant bernny is denying everything. both sides of the stories. >> reporter: two former ball boys say that basketball coach sexually abused them years ago. he's calling those claims false. allegations against another college coach. >> he's sitting next to me and gradually put his hands down my pants. >> 39-year-old and his step brother claim syracuse assistant basketball coach fondled them when they were ball boys for the team in '80s

and '90. >> i got to the point get it over and get it done and he'll leave. whatever, you now. >> in a statement he denies all allegations saying, i'm competent in the past review of these allegations will be discredited and restore my reputation. in 2005 they investigated claims of improper conduct but they weren't prove. head basketball coach jim stands behind him saying, i know this kid, but i never saw him in any rooms or anything. there's a bunch of a thousand lies that he told. >> i hope to god it's not true. >> just being part of the university, you never think something like that can happen. i hope it's not. >> reporter: the district attorney says if the allegations are proven he can't file charges because the

a teen who has worked with city police is now accused of impersonating an officer. walter oliver admitted stealing a badge, handcuffs and other items from officer's lockers. detectives tell us they have surveillance video of him using the item. police in college park hope they'll help find a violent attacker. they say this is one of two men who robbed a student at knife part last night. they got away with some cash and electronics. the student was not hurt. occupy wall street is marching through maryland tonight -- dozens of protesters will descend on their way. mike has the movements. when the birthplace of the occupy movement in new york city erupt intoed chaos, some of the founding members were already in maryland on their way to the seat of the nation's tower. >> we started off here 22 of

started in the early morning and already spread 2,000 acres. 's caused one person's death. there have been dozens of injuries including a firefighter who suffered severe burn. fire investigators still aren't sure of the cause. >> in an coincidence, tragedy once again falls upon the oklahoma state university athletic department. women's basketball coach kirk and his assistant were among four people killed in the single engine plane crash in arkansas. they were returning from a recruiting trip. in 2001 a plane crash in colorado killed 10 people associated with the men izbas -- basketball program. >> these are the smoldering remains of a bus after it caught on fire this morning. police say the driver saw smoke coming from the engine. she quickly got the students off the bus before it burst

into flames. they said it was a problem with the brake system. anger fills arizona courtroom. james arthur ray was leading the ceremony when many of the participants became disoriented from the heat. three of them died. during today's hearing the families of the victims did not hold back when they came face to face. >> it was too hot. i know he wanted to play god. when there was chaos, he did nothing. >> he was sentenced to 2 years in prison. he faced a maximum of t years. he vowed in court never to perform another sweat life ceremony. a national baseball player was back when he was arrested from kidnappers. he had his frightening ordeal and his message to fans.
