tim tebow. in the fourth quarter and in overtime, tebow has been spectacular for denver. he gets the first crack at it here for the broncos. dan: it'll be interesting to see how san diego tries to defend. not a sense of urgency here. because there's an entire 15 minutes to play in overtime. but they need to find a pass rush. ian: nickel package for san diego. mcgahee. takes that crease and turns it into a 16-yard gain across the 35. dan: if this is the way the -- this is the way the broncos started the game, how they started the second half, how they're starting overerme. a read option play by tebow with a good read to leave the ball in the belly of mcgahee. and mcgahee knows what to do with it after that.

offense but defense has been outstanding. both of these teams have held their opponent to 5-14 on third down conversions this afternoon. ian: now third and 2 for the broncos. fans on their feet here at qualcomm. this is where tebow can be so dangerous. tebow up the middle. can he muscle his way to the spot? he cannot. one-yard gain brought down at the 45. dan: he is short. he sends out the punting team. i know he had to be tempted to leave the offense out there but tebow decides after faking the ball to mcgahee he's going to follow mcgahee straight up the middle. weddle with a good job there, then the charger thomas there prevents tebow from the first down. ian: a mike smith-like decision for the falcons. dan: how did that turn out?
