courtroom action today. i'm don scott. >> i'm jessica kartalija. >> here is what people are talking about. the case against an aide to ehrlich stems from robocalls using during the 2010 gubernatorial race. derek valcourt is live outside the clarence mitchell courthouse. >> reporter: the judge ordered jury selection to get underway after the judge disclosed his household received a robocall on election nite. his wife answered the phone and he did not feel that was enough to stop him from presiding over this case. as ehrlich ran for election in 2010, his trusted friend and advisor led the campaign and schurick is in the cross hairs, they argue it was schurick who authorize rod bocalls to 112,000 registered democrats hinting there was no need to go

the abuse. davis says fine began molesting him in 19844 and it lasted for more than a decade. the former syracuse ball boy claims he had a sexual relationship with fine's wife when he was 18. a third accuser, told syracuse police fine molested him when he was 13 at a pittsburgh hotel. >> he put his hands down my shorts and began to fondle me. >> reporter: he faces sexual assault charges and his father says he is lying about fine. it was enough for syracuse to terminate fine and boeheim to back off earlier support for his friend. boeheim said i deeply regret statements i made that might have been insensitive to victims of abuse. fine denies allegations and not charged with any crimes.

>> allegations come on the heels of a scandal at penn state university. where former assistant football coach sandusky is charged with multiple counts of child sex abuse. deadlines come and go for occupy protesters to leave encampments. ron matz is live. >> no violence overnight, police make several arrests in los angeles after the midnight deadline passed. hundreds of protesters held an early morning protest on a downtown street in los angeles. the vigil was mostly peaceful but four protesters were arrested after tossing bamboo sticks and water bottles at police. no injuries were reported. the street was re-opened before the morning rush hour. the protesters are declaring victory saying they were able to remain past the deadline issued by the city. people demonstrating in baltimore are not among those told to leave. stephanie rawlings blake says

outside. clouds are moving in. the temperatures are warm for post thanksgiving. tim williams is in the weather center with a look at what is ahead in the forecast. >> today is a good day to go outside and run around. tomorrow, stay in and do the treadmill. we have clear conditions over the area, but a front moving in from the west, front is going to bring us rain. tomorrow a washout. now the temperatures are really well above our normal high. 63 degrees. our average high for this date is 51. here it is, after 12 noon, we are at 63. 62 ocean city. 54 in oakland. the cool spot on the map. 60s down towards patuxent river and east, 72. the front moves through. in rain free zone now. cool air moves in by the end of the week but we will see the sun return. we will talk about how it comes together in the forecast.

holiday season gets off to a rough start for a man dressed up as frosty the snowman. look at the photos. a man in a costume was arrested during the parade. kevin walsh detained for kicking at a police dog while walsh says he became agitated once he realized he was arrested for no good reason. kansas city chiefs couldn't get out of their own way last night playing the steelers. jackie battle runs in to his own teammate. the steelers win 13-9. it will be an afc north matchup sunday afternoon as wells that ravens hit the road and face the browns in cleveland. it's a game you can see live sunday afternoon at 4:00 here on wjz13. still to come on wjz eye

. security is tight across the country as voters cast ballots in elections. egyptians lined up early at polling stations to vote in the first election since the fall of mubarak. they are not choosing a president yet, just choosing a parliament to draft a new constitution. endorsement for newt gingrich as candidates gear up for the new hampshire primary. the union leader is endorsing the former house speaker calling him an innovative conservative. newt gingrich is neck and neck with mitt romney, with new hampshire's primary six week away, analysts say it could sway voters. rescue effort by passers by who happened to witness an

coming in, tapping in to the warmer air, bringing us the mild temperatures. we have the warmest air around us. when you go down to atlanta, they are cooler. there is no one around us that is as warm as we are. we are in a pocket where the mild temperatures are dominating the forecast. this front that's poised to the west to move in is going to start to cause some, well, some drizzle and some mist late tonight. we are seeing the clouds associated with it. they are starting to fill the atmosphere. we are going to see the showers, leading edge eatsen up. it's going to overrun the area. as it does, it's going to bring potentially an inch of rain tomorrow off and on. some showers could be heavy. the cooler air pushes in. that means we go back to temperatures close to normal highs which will be in the 50s. southeast wind at five to ten knots. no advisories in effect.
