probation that he could never do sitting in that little room. >> reporter: sheriff's officials because of over crowding murray will likely serve as 2 years behind bars before leaving court the doctor blew someone a kiss. wjz eyewitness news. >> and prosecutors asked the court to order him to pay more than $1 million in restitution. two federal air marshals rustle a passenger on to the ground. >> just moments unfolded aboard a delta flight from atlanta to baltimore. 34-year-old william began fighting with the passenger in the seat next to him. two federal air marshals were sitting nearby and tried to intervene. the federal marshall says they forced him to the ground in the aisle, held him down until the plane landed.

he was arrested at the airport. the judge has banned him from flying until this case has resolved. he's also ordered two attend an inpatient rehab program for alcohol. >> a possible sexist stall at a high school is under investigation tonight. police say a female student reported being sexually assaulted inside a school bathroom yesterday. the suspect has been removed from the school. a spokesperson says the school working with police and sending letters to parents today. the family of a woman from maryland missing in aruba is upset tonight as the only suspect in her disappearance is preparing to walk out of jail. wjz is live. mike following the release of gary and how it could impact his neighbors right here in maryland, mike. >> reporter: he is scheduled to be released at 8:00 tonight and head home to maryland. but one fear is that he will flee to another country.

he's hours away from freedom after being jailed for more than 100 days in aruba as the only suspect. the two both from maryland were vacationing when he says she drowned while snorkeling. police didn't buy it but were unable to find any evidence linking him to the disappearance. now some are upset. wjz has confirmed two of them filed restraining orders that were denied yesterday. gardner's cousin issued this statement. our family is disappointed after all this time we are no close tore finding out what happened to our robin. we trust that the fbi and the arue ban authorities will continue their efforts to investigate her disappearance. >> you couldn't do that in this country, you couldn't keep him for an hour unless you had probable cause. sounds like they don't have any cause at this point. >> reporter: he's expected to leave aruba before that happens, the panel could order his extradition back to the

island. he will come back to a home that looks different on the inside. the fbi raided it in august carrying out boxes of evidence. >> hopefully by with them raiding his home and getting into his computers and whatever records they have. >> reporter: the main concern of course -- >> the lawyer was best known for defending casey anthony, he will not run from the law. >> reporter: wjz tracked down one of the women who filed a peace order against him. she was reportedly upset that he put dead animals on her lawn and on the windshield of her car. reporting live, mike, wjz eyewitness news. marry. mike, thank you. the prosecutor just wrapped up a news conference in aruba. we'll bring you details of what he said new tonight at 6:00. a water-main break leaves behind a mess in baltimore county. the ruptured pipe caused a large sinkhole near the 3300 block.

now water services now were stored to the effects of homes and businesses, they will remain closed while crews repaved the damaged area. opening arguments in the case -- he is one of two men accused in last year's robo call controversy on election night. wjz is live, more on what happened in court today. derrick. >> well the defense says they were using reverse psychology with those calls with the state prosecutor argues it was dirty politics and they say illegal. prosecutors told the election night robo calls speaks for itself, a deceptive attempt to trick 112 democrats into thinking democratic governor had already won re-election and there was no need to go vote. >> relax. everything is fine. the only thing left is to watch on tv tonight. >> reporter: it did not contain

the of who authorized the call and that's because bob's campaign manager wanted it that way so he could win the election by suppressing african- american voter turn out. but the defense attorneys say they were reversed psychology intended to get african- americans to rush right out to vote for republican before the polls closed. the defense attorney blames campaign consultant julia for the robo call idea in opening arguments saying it was her fought that they never mentioned who it came from. >> so the only thing that you have is a campaign manager accepting the recommendation of a consultant who's contracted to make those decisions and saying, hey, do you believe this will help us get our votes out. >> among some of the state's first witnesses today, today there were fbi agents and robo

call expert talking a little bit about those calls. we can tell you that the state's star witness is expected to take the stand tomorrow. she's the woman whose voice you hear on those robo calls. wjz eyewitness news. >> thank you. former governor bob and cumming are also expected to testify in the case. frosty the snow man is speaking out to want following his arrest at holiday celebration on eastern shore. kevin smacked an officer with part of his frosty costume and kicked a dog during the parade. he says he's falsely accused and says he's up sit over the public skeptical created by his arrest. >> they kept me in the car for ten minutes. a lot of people saw it and some people came out and couldn't understand why that was done. >> reporter: tonight we understand that walsh is charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

he has dressed in frosty in the parade for more than a decade. we'll have more on the story coming up tonight at 6:00. >> along with cooler air outside right now, temperatures are back to normal after several days of unusually warm weather, let's check in with bob tracking live first warning doppler radar for us. >> we've had about a third of an inch, half quarters of inch of rain. right now the rain is just shifting east of baltimore and washington area. here is chief moving up across delaware and eastern shore. right now the city literally just west of the city. it's ended still some light rain in the next hour or so. but northeast that's where the heaviest rain is going on, newark, delaware some heavy showers in that region. could even see some minor floodings on some of the roadways, watch out for that. just west of annapolis all those western shore pretty much

geared towards more and greater successes. >> the papers are full of story after story of maryland an united states losing the jobs to countries like china and india. what we need to do a better job of doing as a people is emphasizing those stories where we're creating jobs. >> our conference call this morning the governor reported two maryland businesses cell phone landed contracts in india. >> there are huge markets here and i do know the businesses that are in this new and changing economy will only be successful because they access and sell to these markets. businessmen with the governor on the trip say the mission creates opportunities for jobs and expansion they might not otherwise get. news an accident involving school buses in baltimore county live over the scene, what can you tell us.

there were two buses here, it appears that one bus has collided with the car. the car was just cleared from the scene. looks like a bus versus a car, this is southbound between toll gate and owensville boulevard. one town road. we're told that there were at least three people transported from the scene we know at least one was in the vehicle. it's not clear whether anyone on the bus was injured. there was a second school bus here moments ago that was to apparently take some of the injured -- some of the students that were on this bus to their final destination. police have completely closed north and southbound roisters town road between owens mill as they continue their investigation. looks like the scene is clearing perhaps another half hour or so. >> captain mike, thank you. >> still ahead at 5:00, rethinking his plan, a woman accuses of herman cain of cheating on his wife. an attempted carjacking in the parking lot of the

some clearing around the studio, west of us. still rain going on. we have a cross-section of

northern maryland. take a look at radar, northeast of us pretty good rain going on across the area dover up to delaware heading up to southeast even redding and allen town. just ended. jaseys of 83. still raining. west of the city, columbia it ended and northeast that's where the heavy rain is going. some of the roads there still a lot of leads clogging a lot of storm drains. if you're heading up 95 at least for the next hour still moderate to heavy rain. eastern shore, still rain for the next hour or two. you can see that right through there. clearing skies and cooler temperatures down to the south and southwest. take a look at temperatures around the state down to 39 in oakland. we're still at 50.

50 in ocean city and locally upper 40s to low 50s. still some rain there. southerly wind right now. the thing is, the cool air is actually going around and coming back up to region. it's not super cold air temperatures for the next few days. close to even a little bit above normal this time of year, which is high of like 50 degrees. we haven't seen that much lately. it was cold enough today with a little snow there across portions of mississippi valley. believe it or not northern alabama. not too far north, had a few flakes there as well. the mountains in tennessee. right now a little bit of snow coming up and smokies, very high elevations and snow continues in indiana towards michigan. to our north and east, that's where the steady rain is now. philadelphia area. temperatures mild. east side of the front temperatures in the 50s and 60s.

we've dropped and will continue to drop over the next 12 hours or so. look for cooler temperatures and yes the sun will be back the next couple of days all week long. this high will eventually move offshore. temperatures get back up above normal again as we start december, just a quick cool shot the next day or so then a gradual slow warm up once again there's no real arctic, yet in the eastern half of the country. west winds 10 to 15 knots. advisory out in the bay tomorrow. 52 degrees, the rain and clearing skies, 39 by morning which is still above average right around 32. 53 for a high tomorrow, breezy. it will feel a lot cooler. mixture of sunshine and clouds in the afternoon cold air comes in instead of some clouds. all and all dry forecast. >> we'll take it. thanks bob. >> still ahead at 5:00. fighting for one final vacation. >> i would like nothing more

>> it is 5:30. 58 degrees and mostly cloudy. good evening everyone and thank you for staying with wjz. here are some of the news people are talking about tonight. she is known as the blond bandit, dangerous fugitive wanted in the washington, d.c. area is on the move. as adam reports police say she targeted people in baltimore county. >> it all started when a suspect here arrived down the street. that shopper had no idea she was talking to a wanted criminal. stephanie long blond hair and green eyes to charm a woman on baltimore place thanksgiving. she asked for a ride to shoppers warehouse down the street. that's when police say she pulled a weapon and tried stealing the car. >> the victim grabbed the knife and she was cut on the hand. >> she ran off leaving other

shoppers leery. >> it's sad and i hope they catch her. >> she's become known as the blond bandit, she's also wanted for two bank robberies in the dc area and carjacking in the parking lot of knee man marcus at tyson's corner. that vehicle was recovered at the baltimore county safe way. >> we're asking our motorist, especially why this situation is going on, to please be cautious to not authorize to people that you don't know. >> reporter: there is a warrant for her arrest in connection with this carjacking, the charges attempted kidnapping. adam may wjz witness news. >> schwab admits she's also a former member of the gang. if at 13 if you see her you're urged to call police. the man told police he was running near the park when a dog handler lost control to of two of the dogs. one of the man -- the dog owner fled the scene in a minivan.

against a former syracuse assistant basketball coach. denise is live in the news room with more on the latest allegations. well mary a third person has stepped forward to claim he was molested by bernny fine. he said the incident happened in a pittsburgh hotel room in 2002. he was 14-years old at the time. pittsburgh police say they are an awaiting an official report before starting their own investigation. fine was fired by the university. this afternoon syracuse university nancy gave a vote of confidence for head basketball coach jim. recently backed off comments attacking fine's accuser. marry,. >> okay, denise, thank you. bernny fine has denied all allegations. he worked for the university for more than 30 years. allegations of an

extramarital affair has the presidential candidate her main cane rethinking his strategy. he reports that cane is already been flipping in the polls. >> whether an accusation about an extramarital affair was -- atlanta businesswoman ginger white says she had a 13 year relationship that ended before he started his campaign. hours before her story aired on an atlanta tv station, cane was already denying the allegations. >> i have nothing to hide. i have done nothing wrong. >> on a conference call tuesday cane told staffers the allegations from other women have taken a toll on his family. he was leading national polls until the first accusation surfaced in late october. since then he slipped from 30% to around 13%.

used constant documents of people killed in major crashes to receive money from their pensions. among the victims are three passengers killed when airtran flight 477 crashed into the atlantic in 2009. police say suspects collected nearly $2 million in that scheme. dozens of protesters stormed the british embassy in iran. diplomatic tensions are building after new round of sanctions. >> as angry student protesters stormed the building. they broke through barricades rushing past guards to get inside and sparred a picture of queen elizabeth. iranian demonstrators waved flags. later they attacked a second british embassy nearby. it six employees hostage and eventually released them. >> we hold the iranian

government responsible. the violence comes after imposed new sanctions over iran after nuclear program. london banned all british banks from doing business with iran. they'll have to build reducing diplomatic relations with britain. they chanced -- they chanted death to england. this politician said british traders should be dealt with in a serious fashion. in parliament on sunday, lawmaker said iranian angered over the sanction should take actions just as they did in the u.s. embassy in 1979. these attackers are reportedly hard line iranian students angry over the latest strained diplomatic relations. in london wjz eyewitness news. the u.s. is also with iran at new sanctions targeting oil industries.

missing florida woman's exfiance is primary suspect in her disappearance. they raided his home over the weekend in orlando. they said he was the last person to see her before she vanished november 17th. the couple had recently appeared on episode of people's court to settle dispute over an engagement ring. angry driver lands himself in jail after he honks his horn at police. take a listen. police say the man was upset because he blocked the road in fort wayne. he apparently honked his horn a few times before he got out of his car and yelled at the officers. that's when they realized he was drunk. they showed the -- the breathalyzer showed the man's blood alcohol level twice the legal limit. christmas parade chaos, a man dressed as frosty arrested during a scuffle with police. hear from people who live in
