scene. >> oh, come on now. >> only wjz takes you inside the scene of a friendly fire police involved shooting. it left this elderly woman's home a disaster. >> you look at your house what do you think. >> i cannot believe it. >> reporter: it all started when police busted her caretaker. then when officers broke in to search the residence, police say one officer shot the other. >> there was an accidental discharge. there was little struck a baltimore city police officer in his arm. >> reporter: but neighbors say it sounded worse, describing a chaotic scene. based on the blood stains in the carpet the officer was shot as he was entering the basement area. the bullets went clear across

this living room to the back door. police analyzed the scene for hours, apparently trying to determine why so many shots were fired. meanwhile the homeowner said she had no idea her caretaker had drugs. she's also upset after claiming police told her. >> i'm stuck with the damages. this is so crazy. >> reporter: now, last report that baltimore city police officer who was part of that task force and was shot in the arm was still here being treated for that gunshot wound. we are told that gunshot wound is nonlife threatening. we're live tonight. all right, thank you, adam. the baltimore county officer who fired his weapon is on paid administrative leave. a gasoline tanker flips over in bowie. right now route 3 is closed. we're told the tanker is carrying 9000-gallons of fuel. no word yet on how much has

leaked on to the road. the former top aid, trying to influence voters with robo calls on election day. reports from the mitchell courthouse with the jury's deliberations. >> before polls closed some 112,000 residents heard this. >> i'm calling to hear that >> that call, which was authorized and by -- was intended to convince democrats not to go vote according to the prosecutor who told jurors there's only one meaning there, it's deceptive, it's trickery. he knew what he did was wrong.
