. it is judgment day, more on the verdict of the election day phone cal scandal. >> it is the hour's breaking news, the governor's campaign manager was accused of plotting to suppress black voters on election 2010. we are live outside with more on that verdict. >> it is guilty for the former campaign manager on all the charges against him related to that 2010 phone call that went out to mainly black registerd voters in the state. the campaign manager authorized the phone calls that were fraud in nation to sure express the

voter turn out to help the republican candidate win the election, he did not win, but look at the charges. there were four charges, conspiracy to suppress the voter turn out with those calls. he was found guilty on that charge and the other charge, conspiracy to leave off the authority line at the end of an ad, like you hear something is paid for in such and such campaign and they left off paid off of off by the candidate and he was found guilty of voter sure pregnancy and leaving -- sure pregnancytroke suppress shun and he thought that the system would get voters to come

out, not stay home. they will appeal this case and go to the next highest court and said that they could not argue to the jury that the political speech is something that they will appeal that is set for february 16th. >> they are facing the possibility for 12 years in prison, now they plan to appeal. another developing story, the executive jack johnson is expected to hear his fate today in the court. here is more on that. >> the judge is currently deciding what sentence that jack johnson will face. he pleaded guilty early this year to extortion, it is all collected to $400,000 in bribes in office.

he is facing 14 years in prison, but his lawyer said that will be a death sentence for him because he has a rare form of parkinson disease, but the government said that is not true. he wants to be able to get out of punishment and that the systems are because he is click. the -- alcohol i can. the first full elected term for the mayor inauguration and swearing in will be today at 12 victim time 30. she wants to grow the population in baltimore and have all the good things that comes with that.

and that will continue tonight and tomorrow and then another part to the storm will come up from the south later tomorrow and thursday and mild ahead of that and as that comes in, it will tap into the colder air and pull into the storm and that will end up with snow for many people here. to the west, way more in the order of snow building and that is the reason for the winter storm watch in areas. the concern is the change over at the end of in before this storm moves out on thursday. there is the first part of the storm that will come and go. will then wednesday night and tomorrow morning, it will move out quickly and here is the first round of cold air and there will be coltedder air following and the forecast coming together like this. today, enjoy the warmer temperatures, it is wet outside, today, rain, drizzle, fog around, not the prettiest
