out, not stay home. they will appeal this case and go to the next highest court and said that they could not argue to the jury that the political speech is something that they will appeal that is set for february 16th. >> they are facing the possibility for 12 years in prison, now they plan to appeal. another developing story, the executive jack johnson is expected to hear his fate today in the court. here is more on that. >> the judge is currently deciding what sentence that jack johnson will face. he pleaded guilty early this year to extortion, it is all collected to $400,000 in bribes in office.

but you have the fog and drizzle. batches of rain is coming up from the southwest and in the city itself, it looks like a bit of a lull. south side, some drizzle coming down and in baltimore county, another round about to come in and over to the east shore, different batches of rain comeing from the southwest and moving over the state. with this storm, it is really warm ahead of that. a huge surge of warm air up the east coast. 61 in baltimore and the the winds from the south, not just for us, but the entire east coast, that is with the above average temperatures, behind this storm, it is good to see where the storm track is, some really, really cold air that will move our way, but not as extreme as what you see to the west. we have this storm first to deal with. the rain is coming in in rounds

and that will continue tonight and tomorrow and then another part to the storm will come up from the south later tomorrow and thursday and mild ahead of that and as that comes in, it will tap into the colder air and pull into the storm and that will end up with snow for many people here. to the west, way more in the order of snow building and that is the reason for the winter storm watch in areas. the concern is the change over at the end of in before this storm moves out on thursday. there is the first part of the storm that will come and go. will then wednesday night and tomorrow morning, it will move out quickly and here is the first round of cold air and there will be coltedder air following and the forecast coming together like this. today, enjoy the warmer temperatures, it is wet outside, today, rain, drizzle, fog around, not the prettiest
