hello, everyone. we start with first warning weather coverage. a storm is bringing rain, flooding and snow. we have had flakes coming down. other areas are seeing heavy rain. we have coverage and kai jackson is out in the mess. let's go to bob who is tracking the weather. we saw snow breaks here and the temperature drop to 34. and look at radar. we have plenty of rain and in some areas that you mentioned we're getting snow.

and around the region from the city or north up to westminster and that area it is pretty much a snow event t is all rain and it should stay away. the end of the precipitation. south of dc it is over. the eastern shores moderate rain that will continue until 2:00 a.m. you can see the end of the presip. the cold air is catching up with the precipitation t will be a race -- it will be a race. it has been long getting here. i don't expect to see anything, we have so much rain, 2 to 3- inches that we have the warnings in the baltimore area. and areas in melon as well. and -- maryland as well. 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. here in the central area. maybe a trace, maybe baltimore county could get an inch. there have been 3 to 5. rain

station on route 140. some of the gas leaked into a drain t did not catch fire. they are trying to figure out which is to blame. two police officers caught in a sex scandal. the department is keeping things quiet tonight but adam may has information about the allegations. he is live at police headquarters tonight. adam that's correct activity happened in a public place and it has been under investigation for a month. two female officers on the mounted patrol unit under investigation for allegations involving sexual activity. >> we have a general orders here and behaviors that classify as an integrity violation. >> the details would not be revealed saying they were in a public place not department property. >> a member of the agency witnessed inappropriate activity and reported it. they took action. >> various versions of the activity are hot topic on

behind bars facing new charges brought by new accusers. they give testimony about the attacks. and we have more from pennsylvania. >> reporter: 67-year-old jerry sandusky was led away from his home wearing a track suit. he was slapped with 12 new charges wednesday from two new accusers. the attorney said if he had been notified the client would have turned himself in. >> if this is the way it will be handled by the other side, we can do things to kind of make it miserable, too. >> he was charged on november 5th. he acknowledged showering and playing around with boyce but never abecaused -- abused them. he face, 5 0 counts including abuse that occurred on the penn state campus. he is behind bars here in pennsylvania held on $250,000 bail. prosecutors were pushing for 1 million. the accusers said they met him

through his second mile charity. victim 9 said he was abused in a basement bedroom in his home. he testified that at least once he screamed for help knowing that his life was up stairs but no one came to help him. if he does make bail he will be under house arrest and subject to monitoring. >> if he does make bail, he will be let out with strict conditions and monitoring and no contact with minors. in the other big college sex scandal, coach bernie fine will not face charges. the prosecutors called the allegations credible. but since they wait sod long to come forward the statute of limitations has expired. they are trying to decide if fine committed any crimes. >> a wanted man is wanted for a scam. and he was at a hotel.

detectives say he promised to bring the players to school assemblies. the schools paid him but he never brought the players. he has no connection to the team. >> a boy is crushed to death by a falling tree. they are holding the county. he was killed at a county-run web site and his family is seeking damages. >> she is shaken two years since the tree crushed her only son to death. he was attending a camp at a environmental center run by the county. his family is suing the county for 12 million-dollars saying the tree was dead and should have been cut down and they were taken out during high winds. >> it is awful. you wake up every day my only child is gone. >> the priority of the county
