center, good afternoon, tim -- we had our first brush this month with the winter weather, hitting parts of western maryland and for most of us, rain in the forecast. we want to show you the temperatures now. they are rebounding now. 23 in oakland is the problem in. the temperatures are cold enough to support snow. we stayed in the temperatures around the 60-range and by this time yesterday, just under 60- degrees, a day high of 62 with the temperatures colder out in western maryland and milder down on the shore. what moved through the area was this. on the radar, we had the moisture coming through the area, some of the amounts of rain, very, very heavy, but if you were out in the colder climates, to the west, you saw the snow falling by the afternoon. some totals are impressive, a rain and slow line from

web site as well. jerry sandusky posted bail after being charged with more a bows charges. he used 2,500,000 in holdings and a certified check signed by his wife to post bail. >> he has posted bail after spending the night behind bars. the police arrested the former football coach at his home yesterday after two more young men came forward to charge him with sex abuse and now he is facing 12 sex abuse charges. the 9th and 10th accusers said they met him in the second-mile charity. this teen said that the contact started at 11 or 12 years old with hugging and rubbing and cuddling and tickling and that led to assaults and rape.

he said many of these occurred at the basement bedroom in the home and one time he screamed for help because he knew that the wife was up stairs, but no one came to help. sandusky was arraigned yesterday in pennsylvania and people in court said his eyes were wide and he was quiet as the new charges were laid out. his attorney said he was upset he was arrested at home and he is facing 50 charges for assaults that happen over 15 years and if convicted, he could serve 20 years in prison. that scandal led to the dismissal of joe paterno and
