intercourse with a 10 or 12-year-old boy in a cap a shower in 2002. he said as he entered the locker room he heard the rhythmic slapping sounds and that he shockingly and surprisingly saw jerry with a boy in the shower and that jerry was directly behind the void in a very, very close positions holding the boy's waist, the boy's hands up against the shower wall. he said he didn't try to stop it or call the police because sandusky and the boys separated before he left the locker room. he testified he didn't say anything to sandusky who looked back at him with a blank square. he immediately called his father, the next morning he met with coach joe paterno and told him exactly what he saw without using graphic language out of respect. days later he testified he made it clear to penn state's athletic director tim curley and vice president gary scholz that he saw sandusky performing severe sexual acts with a boy. leaders for the university

fight for answers. >> tonight the family of officer william orbit walked the streets. they were passing out these flyers. they say they just want answers and a brother may be gone but he will never be forgotten. >> reporter: the family of the officers spent the whole day seeking answers. >> last january he was mistaken for a gunman. he was in plainclothes responding to a distrust call. he was shot by fellow officers 20 times. >> i don't understand what's going on. that many gunshots, and he's an officer. >> investigators released surveillance footage from one of the city's crime cameras showing the shooting as it happened. >> he punched and fell to the

the government says manning released this classified military video of an american attack in iraq that killed a lemon. and they're saying state department comments. >> manning's lawyer has argued the case should be thrown out. >> he argues the judge is biased. >> manning's defense team would like to call up all 48 witnesses including president obama, hillary clinton, former defense secretary gates. if those witnesses are called, it could be an interesting hearing. >> even though manning had a low rank, he had access to all of that confidential material. the government says he would take rewritable cds, slip them into the computer and then slip out without anyone knowing.

knocked to get in. he was 88 years old. christmas comes early for dozens of baltimore area families. instead of struggling to afford guests, anonymous donors have granted christmas wishers. andrea fujii g is with here with the heartwarming event. >> they are called the layaway angels. seven of them visited three different area kmart closing this one paying off people's bills. >> reporter: this room stores thousands of holiday gifts waiting to be paid for through kmart's layaway program. many area families can pick them up free and clear because of someone else's generosity. >> at the parkville store, three different so-called layaway angels came into payoff hundreds in
