talking about today. jurors reaching a verdict in the trial in a man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at a roller skating rink. devon perry acquitted of the most serious charges including rape, the alleged incident happened in 2010 at the skate works in wood lawn. the jury could not reach a verdict on two additional charges. the judge declared a mistrial. pearly will be retried on those two charges so he remains in police custody, more at 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00. candidates are making a last dash across new hampshire today. voters go to the poll for the primary. manuel gallegus reports from manchester. >> reporter: mitt romney got a standing ovation from business leaders. on the final full day of cam papering before the new hampshire primary, the former massachusetts governor virtually ignored his opponents and slammed president obama. >> i don't know how we would

baltimore this new year. utah doctor facing murder charges in maryland for performing illegal abortions is in court. riley is due in court in salt lake city. the 46 year-old physician is held on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice. she and new jersey doctor steven bringham are charged with murder for starting a late term abortion clinic in new jersey and completing it at a facility in cecil county. the head basketball coach at morgan state university will not be on the bench for a a while now. the university suspended him indefinitely after an altercation with a player. several people say it appears he punched a player in the face. after a weekend off for the ravens and the fans it's back to work as we prepare to welcome the texans to town this weekend for the divisional round of the playoffs.

welcome back. we can see there is a storm making its way south of the state. it's close enough we are seeing a little bit of rain, basically from annapolis, to the eastern shore. it's going to spread to north as we head through the day. the chance for a couple of showers, south, chance for rain. let's show you what we got going on. the clouds came in , the clouds are in place. a little bit of the rain and take a look on this image. some of it showing up in the form of blue. air is dry. the temperature will drop as it starts to fall through the atmosphere and wouldn't be surprised if the rain showers were mixed with snow flakes. this is not a big storm at this point. the winds are very light. they are keeping temperatures down with the clouds around. 38 baltimore. 40 dc. 41 ocean. this idea that the dew point is in the 20s. something starts to fall through the clouds, it's going to cool the air, and that temperature will come down,
