wjz.com, baltimore. >> from the city, to the counties, to your neighborhood, now it is complete coverage. it is wjz, maryland's news station. >> subway scare, a man is run over by a train. >> the latest on his condition and the investigation into what happened. >> hello again, i am jessica kartalija. >> i am don scott. >> here is what people are talking about today. a man in a wheelchair rolls into the path of a subway train, the quick work of rescue crews may have saved his life. we have the latest. >> reporter: good afternoon, a team of firefighters crawled under a train and whisked him to safety and brought him to shock trauma. witnesses say he is lucky to be alive. chopper 13 is over the scene seconds after they pulled him out from under a train, a

scene witnesses will never nor get. >> f o rget. >> i just saw him under the train. >> they heard screams. >> they say it tipped forward and on to the tracks. >> it happened to fast. >> he said he saw it. >> when the train was coming we were trying to tell the train to stop, that is when the train ended up on top of him. >> firefighters crawled under the train to get him, fastened him to a backboard and slid him out. >> they had to pull him by rope over 150 to 200 feet on the track to meet the train. >> reporter: now he was conscious and bruised when he was taken to shock trauma. within the past few minutes i spoke with representatives at the hospital who say he is awake. he is able to but is not yet ready to talk but what happened to him. mike schuh, wjz eyewitness news, back to you guys on tv hill. >> thank you so much. the mta says they found his

or forensic evidence. >> bail is denied for a teenager who is accused of killing his father. we have this report. >> reporter: good afternoon. a hearing was held for him. police say he confessed to killing him and dumping the body in a pond. he is charged as an adult with first and second-degree murder and if convicted he could face the death penalty. don, back to you. >> thank you very much. a hearing is scheduleed for next week. >> a terrifying attack in a home. police say two men forced their way into a house and tied them up. 1 man sexually assaulted the housekeeper housekeeper. police have connected one of them to an earlier robbery. they have not made any arrests. a fake gun caused a scare. they say they pointed a toy gun at this one at a driver.

drop. this how it plays out with an inch and a 10th of rain across the region overnight. we now seeing drying out. temperatures right now and we will call it 30 -- actually 51 degrees. we started off in the upper 30s and about 40 degrees after midnight. 51 right now. you saw the rain moving through now. that is the next batch coming through. southwest wins at 10 miles per hour, 73% humidity, the way we are looking at this forecast shaping up these are the warmest temperatures today. today's high around 60 will be the warmest temperatures we will see for the foreseeable future, 41 oakland, 56 on the shore, 49 elkton, around the area ever one around 51 and with that wind at 10 miles per hour we will see the wind pick up. another front is moving on through that will get here tonight and tomorrow. it will bring with it a drop in temperatures. the low is spinning across the great lakes pushing across the northern tier of the country up into the northeast. now it is going to drag that
