indecent exposure. mike hellgren tells us what the church is doing about it. >> reporter: good afternoon, he worked in towson and they notified church leaders, it is a misdemeanor charge. it does carry the possibility of jail time. the archdiocese has stripped a police of his duties. police say they found him with his pants down. they say they stepped up security since the incident. >> it is very fortunate. we don't condone it in anyway. he made a mistake. you know he was a priest but he was still a person. >> late at night, i don't believe there was hardly anybody else here and they just happened to come in. you know the police just happened to come unand do a routine patrol and caught him pack there and it was very unfortunate. >> father bullock lived and

worked at the church of the immaculate conception. in a letter to parishioners they asked him to get an evaluation. he wrote i realize this may be shocking but i wanted to share this news directly and ask for your prayers for father bullock and for our parish. and he is of course considered noibt innocent until proven guilty in court. >> he worked in sai berna park as well as towson. >> the man charged with firing a rifle at the white house is expected to appear in court. he is expected to plead not guilty. the secret service he fled after firing but was arrested

temperatures, up to 54 in baltimore, almost 60 degrees in ocean city. this is how much warmer it is than yesterday. 18 degrees at this hour. the reason the numbers are not as drastic on the sun is because the numbers did start to knock that fog out there yesterday. the winds are up out of the west pulling in warmer air. there is colder air out there but we are not going to get into that right now, what we are going to see is sunshine at least for today and clouds moving in tomorrow as the next storm approaches, here is the next storm. going to scoot across the south, picking up more direction and more so thursday into friday. when it does it is also going to bring another push of warm air, so temperatures actually go up before they go back down again with this storm. it will get out of here on friday and when does it that will set the stage, another storm coming our way on saturday that. one may tap into colder air and we may have something more
