. 43 degrees and a light flurry, very windy right now and most of central maryland will explain all of this in the forecast coming up. a trouble willing development, a search for a missing toddler in maine. she disappeared from her father's home six weeks ago and a search of the home turned up traces of blood and tests confirmed some of the blood was the little girl's. they don't believe her father and two others were home at the time of the girl's disappearance and they are entirely forthcoming about what happened. it will take ten months to take care of the cruise ship. at least ten people died when the costa concordia ran aground. 10 people and 16 passengers

remain unaccounted for. 16 crashes in florida, at least a dozen cars and seven tractor- trailers were involved. there was a nearby brush fire and now they are trying to determine whether somebody set that brush fire on purpose. a homeless man spent three whole days stuck in mud in mexico. the students found him in a field trip during a trip to the rio grant. it turns up the man is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon and police say he will be headed to jail as soon as he is released from the hospital. the canton branch of the library is temporarily closing its doors. tonight tim williams explains why. >> reporter: it is the last of

43 and snow. >> is it possible? >> you really want to get into it? >> basically. the short version of it, when you get this burst and it is coming down pretty hard, it can maintain that cold structure all the way down to the surface because it is coming down with such force. it is so warm down here it is not going to make much. this snowstorm, if you like the snow it will move away quickly. what a beautiful shot that is. and on first warning doppler radar, it is very small with this cold front and it is moving quickly but it is going to be moving before it does move on. and a batch of clouds are making its way through and now here is a cold front coming through with the burst of snow and it will be moving on to the east and there was a very warm wind for us today, not quite as

warm as it was but quite average. there is going to be a cooler wind for us. look at the cooler air starting to come in. we are still 43 degrees in baltimore and dew points are so low and when you are way up in the clouds most of the precipitation is frozen and when you have a dew point like this, it can stay all the way down, the dew point comes up and temperatures come down, hence we have snow out there. we will be closer to 43 degrees tomorrow and however wait until you see this five-day forecast, there is another batch of warm air brewing to the south. our temperatures are going way up for the middle part of this week. so we have tomorrow a little bit cooler and then it gets out of here and a warm front during the day tomorrow. it will have some clouds with it and that gets out of there behind it and comes that warm
