worth texas abducted by her mother is found safe. they were found by police in their vehicle. they were then taken to a hospital to be checked out and authorities say they were not hurt. her mother faces two felony warrants and aggravated assault and endangering a child. >> bones come up in california. police found what appears to be human bones 35 feet below the surface. a map from convicted killer led investigators to the place he calls the bone yard. he and another man were convicted for killing in the 1980s. >> chaos in are a parking lot in indiana. a mother runs into the a store and leaves her son in the car and returns to find her son and car gone. she was inside for ten minutes and when she came back out her car was towed. soon after the tow truck driver called 911 and reported the

child in the car. he towed it because it was in a fire lane. police say he should have been more careful. >> he should have looked in the vehicle before he towed it. from what information i have he pulled up and picked up the car and drove off. >> the tow truck driver was arrested and the mother was charged. >> the battle over the same sex marriage bill. >> reporter: last month opponents of the same sex marriage oppose value -- proposal rallied. it's a battle expected to be one of the longest and hard fought in the state legislature. >> i don't believe that we're going to lose. >> reporter: delicate is against the bill.
