landlord says he tried to inform police a year ago, he says his calls were ignored. bob is tracking the coming storm closely from the first warning weather center, bob. >> reporter: take a look at radar. nothing much to look around in here. that's where low pressure is developing. in the next 48 hours if it starts moving off to the east and northeast. heading we think over the carolina coastline. the issue with this is how far north or south it's going to be. based on the current track here's what we expect to happen on sunday. a general one to three inches less when you get over the maryland border to pennsylvania maybe nothing at all. the heaviest amounts definitely south of the washington baltimore region. maybe two to four inches. temperatures are going to still be above freezing. some of it, a lot of it may actually melt before it gets a chance to accumulate until sunday night when it will get colder. we'll have a closer look at how

a gasoline tanker overturns and catches on fire. hazmat crews say it was carrying 19,000-gallons of fuel when it crashed. the tanker was traveling too fast and rolled on to the median. the driver was taken to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. josh kaiser crashed his car into a creek. the teenager passed out as the car was filling up with water. that's when his dad's friend just happened to be driving by the creek. he pulled josh to safety. george huguely's family members take the stand to talk about the couples happier times. adam may has the very latest from charlottesville. >> reporter: fighting for her nephew's future, huguely's aunt

took the stand. members of huguely family were eating at the burger joint. in the video, huguely and love were holding hands. this is before huguely found out love had slept with another player and september -- and sent her a text message that said i should have killed you. the fight at her off campus apartment was mutual, the death accidental. huguely admits to stealing the computer and throwing it into a dumpster after the fight. the jury's final decision on the value could impact how long huguely is sentenced to prison. one of the attorneys is sick.

snowstorms ever in this region. yeah, 28.2-inches in baltimore. yeah, that was nine years ago today believe it or not. we're going to see that this weekend but we may some high winds. some places will be 10 or five overnight. back here in the south, rain in texas, rain developing along the gulf coast. an area of pressure beginning to develop. it's going to move into northern georgia, through the carolinas. off the coast of north carolina. the important issue here is we don't know exactly where that path is going to end up. if it's a little closer to virginia, rather than down across the southern north carolina, we'll be in more more precipitation and that will be more snow, heavier precipitation, up able to drag down some cold air. we will see some accumulating snow. but if it hugs the coast of south carolina, we may not see

much of anything at all. right now 50/50 chance we'll either get some accumulating snow. early on sunday, we'll have a much better feel. for the time being clear skies to our north and a few showers. that is not going to affect us locally. but it may affect northern areas. this cold front with colder air if the cold air can get in place and the moisture moving up into that cold air, theirs will be safe. the accumulating snow, maybe one to 3-inches across the region with more of the south. portions of virginia already in a winter storm watch. some areas could see five to 6- inches possibly. south winds in the bay, five to 10 knots that will keep it warm tomorrow but turning much colder on sunday. light winds 30 overnight. tomorrow plenty of sunshine, 54 degrees. the precept on sunday need a
