the results from toxicology tests to determine whether alcohol was involved. >> police make arrest after a violent case of road rage last night. witnesses say ross sub rick got into an altered haitian at a red light area both men got out of their cars and police say he stabbed the other man and drove away. the other driver chased his car down and push them off the road into a ditch. the same-sex marriage bill that passed in the house of delegates last friday hits to the state senate. ron max is back with more on today's proceedings. >> an afternoon. a senate committee is scheduled to vote on the bill in the next few minutes. if it passes, the legislation would go before the full senate and be one step closer to becoming law in maryland. last week the house of delegates passed a bill which gives same- sex couples the right to marry in maryland. if it passes, the bill would've had to govern her own alley who
