baltimore where two were shot and killed. they cover up her death. meghan mccorkell has more on this heartbreaking case. meghan? >> they gather to recover about the night she died. >> someone say amen! >> reporter: prayers, hugs, and tears as a community remembers 13 year old. >> she was fun. she liked to go places and make friends. >> reporter: classmates say good-bye with messages on the teen's locker. >> didn't get in a lot of trouble either. >> reporter: was shot by two boys playing with a fire, her body dragged into the backyard and put into trash bags. >> she never did anything to anybody. >> reporter: sources say in the killing it was found inside an off-duty police car, dating the

pursuit pile-up. crashed into a home on miller road in glennbar avenue. we're not sure how badly the driver was hurt. police tell wjz he is facing charges tonight. abusive power. mike hellgren explains the policing has no confidence in leopold's leadership. >> reporter: the aclu is demanding what they call a county executive. the state prosecutors claim leopold has security details to keep on political opponents. >> it's expressly forbidden by the law, so how is a top ranking government official spending time on this conduct is just outrageous. >> reporter: two got leopold to

three family members. died march 1st. her 58 year old son and daughter died tuesday. the maryland department of health and mental hygiene confirmed two died of influenza h 3 combined with a bacterial infection. medical examiner said at least one of the bodies was brought here to baltimore city for an autopsy. blake's other daughter is being treated at a washington area hospital. they were caring for miss blake when she contracted a pneumonia type of illness. >> we have no evidence that this is spread beyond this family group. >> reporter: health officials have contacted members of blake's extended family. >> i don't know a lot. i'm trying to take precautions

the blaze to control. they escaped without injuries. a scene in tulsa after a shooting outside of the courthouse. 23 year old andrew shot and then officers returned fire. a bystander were all wounded. none of the injuries said to be life threatening. police don't know why he initially opened fire. murder and terror charges are in the indictment of the mass murder in norway. contested to killing 77 people but denies criminal guilt. the extremists say they were supporting a proimmigration policy. attacked a youth camp sponsored by norway's company. he will receive psychiatric care and undergoing a mental health exam with the trial starting in april.
