separate one she bought for herself and not part of the lottery pool. wjz has spoken to maryland lottery official whose will not confirm this report. they say there are numerous april fools day stories and false word of winners. no word has come forward. >> we don't know who the player is. when they will come forward. our advice is safeguard the ticket. >> reporter: the post reports the man was seen on tape buying the ticket something lottery officials will not confirm. whoever the lucky guy or gal is, can remain anonymous and will have to split the jackpot with winners in illinois and kansas. whether it's miss wilson or anybody else for example you won the prize you have 182 days to claim it. mike hellgren, wjz job wjz 13 eye witness news. >> if you choose the lump sum you get $105 million.

a solemn day at towson as the campus mourns the death of two students. ron matz is live with more on the investigation. >> the students died in separate incident sending shock waves through the baltimore county campus. 27 -year-old tim coyer was found dead in his off campus apartment saturday afternoon. his death does not appear suspicious. autopsy is being doneful hours earlier, ryan bailey bus killed by a car at the intersection of york road and washington avenue. the investigators are trying to track down the person who was driving the car. anyone with information is asked to contact baltimore county police. thank you. a candlelight vigil for students will be held on the university's campus tonight. internal police investigation continues this noon after a city man is shot and killed by a police officer over the weekend. 29-year-old george wells was wielding a knife and shot on

calllo avenue, police followed or traced him from a disturbance on brookfield. the officer is on routine administrative leave. a 9-year-old girl is hospitalized a after her father accidentally runs over her foot with a lawn mower. according to the baltimore sun, the accident happened on wiley oak. police say the girl's father backed his lawn mower over her foot and she is treated at johns hopkins childrens center. the council is hoping to get answers concerning the abuse of power scandal involving the county executive this evening. john leopold is accused of using police security detail for personal and political purposes. john tier refused to answer the questions after called. emerson davis agreed to appear and could provide information. mitt romney's sounding confident on the trail, one day

before voters in wisconsin and maryland head to the polls. republican leaders are lining up behind the former governor saying he should be president obama's challenger. his rivals aren't calling it quits yet. in the campaign 2012 report, daniel notingham reports for wjz from the white house. >> reporter: one day before the primary in wisconsin, mitt romney is holding a solid lead, taking on president obama's policies and sounding confident about the future. republican leaders have lined up behind romney in recent days and calling on chief rival, rick santorum, to dropout of the race. but the former senator insists romney knows he is still a viable challenger.

the obama campaign appears to believe romney will be the gop nominee as well. over the weekend the president's team launched attacks against the republican front runners foreign policy and economic views. appearing on face the nation, vice president joe biden called romney out of touch. >> this is about the middle class, and none of what he is offering does anything. it's return of the old policy. >> reporter: secretary of state, hilary clinton, took aim at romney's claim that ush sha is one of the biggest foes and calls the statement dated. the former governor is pushing criticism aside and looking for wins in maryland, dc and wisconsin on tuesday. while he was preparing for the primaries, mitt romney got an april fools day surprise from his own staff yesterday.
