robocalls scandal. >> when a verdict could come down. hello, again. >> here's what people are talking about today, a jury is back for a second delay of deliberations against one of the two men accused of sending misleading robocalls to voters in 2010. political consultant julius henson waits to learn his fate. >> reporter: the jury has been examining this case for about 4 hours. they are trying to determine if those calls amounted to election fraud. >> julius henson remains con confident a jury will clear him of any wrong doing he wrote and sent on behalf of bob urlik. >> vend indication is a great thing. i would say that i'm fort fied by tens of thousands of people praying all over this country and we'll be victorious. >> the state prosecutor built

his case trying to convince jurors that they conspired together to trick african american voters into staying home on election night. they're robocall sounded like it was coming from democrats saying they were already winning, even though the polls hadn't closed. >> relax, everything is fine. the only thing left is to watch on tv tonight. >> henson maintains the call for a reverse psychology tactic meant to inspire votes for urlik. he said he was doing what the client wanted when he left off the legally required tag line. >> reporter: henson faces four criminal charges, two charges because that call did not say it was paid for by the urlik campaign and two charges that had to do with attempting to influence a voter's decision to go to the polls through fraud.

he charged with position of marijuana, position -- possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute. a man convicted of murdering a state trooper gets sentenced for his crime. >> just a heart short -- short time ago a judge sentenced williams to life in prison without patrol plus 25 years. he was found guilty of 1st degree murder in the death of trooper brown. they say he shot trooper brown outside an apple bees in june 2010 where he was working as a part time security guard. he was angry after trooper brown removed him from the restaurant for being into -- intoxicated. >> he was also convicted on weapons counts. president obama's comment about same sex marriage is collecting criticism and

north coming in across hagerstown. we'll have these winds through the day drying out most of the surface rain on the ground. we're still in the range -- all the temperatures in our region are where we are. we're going to go up here as high pressure dominates the forecast. you see the low pulling out and high pressure is going to take over. clear skies and drier conditions for the next -- well, if for the forseeable future. as that high sinks, warmer air moves in and we're going to look for a nice stretch heading into the holiday weekend. today breezy with intervals of clouds and sun, 73, down to 45 tonight. marty will have that five day forecast coming up. >> thank you. we like it.
