a jury is seated in the jerry sandusky trial. >> the love letters that may be part of this shocking case. hi, i'm kai jackson. >> i'm mary bu ball la. here is what people are talking about. >> a jury is seated in the sex abuse case against jerry sandusky. >> it took less than two days to select a jury for jerry sandusky's trial. many of the jurors have tied to the university. -- ties to the university, including a current and former professor, an employee, alumni and even a football season ticketholder. the defense is getting the local jury it fourth for. >> -- it fourth fought for. >> this jury is close to jerry sandusky and penn state, even if they don't know him. >> sandusky is accused of molesting 10 boys during 15 years.

the defense attorney questioned one female juror who has a 6-year-old boy. sgltsz i know with my son -- >> i know with my son there are a lot of sides to the story. she replied so what you're saying is you recognize kids don't always tell the truth. she said absolutely. >> eight accusers are expected to testify against him. one, victim four, has alleged letters. sandusky's defense asked the judge to postpone the trial saying the gag order had been violated. >> he wanted to keep this trial on schedule so he denied that. >> the judge is determined to begin the trial monday. >> sandusky faces life in prison if convicted. there's new evidence in an unsolved sexual assault.

belt on sitting next to a gas can that's strapped into a car seat. the child's mother says he climbed out of the car seat himself. she's been sited for three seat belt violations. enterprise is now at its now home in the big apple. it left jersey city early this morning on a barge and headed up the hudson river. once the shuttle got there a crane lifted on to the carrier's flight deck. the enterprise exhibit will open to the public july 19th. it wasn't easy been the first black graduate of dust naval academy. today the man who blazed that trial in 1949 was remembered. >> graduation has many emotions at the naval academy. >> i'm humbled by the experience, humbled by the history before me. i want to

has been sent to a forensic pathologist. they say if it's what we fear it is, it's highly suspicious. police in arizona are learning more about a missing family found dead inside a burned out suv. derek valcourt is live to explain why it's a murder suicide. >> reporter: the couple was going through divorce proceedings when they disappeared. police found the couple along with their three children inside their family suv inside the arizona dessert. the vehicle had been set on fire. shortly before they disappeared the father left someone a message about how to run his real estate business without him. he was also battling cancer and had money problems. a 7 month old baby is rescued from a burning car after a deadly crash in indiana. one of the cars caught fire.
