said and if you put a drop of it on your tongue you would never be ill and if you drank some would you never die. she said the name of this elixir was the theatre. this story changed the life of one of those children forever, constantine spanof loveski. all of us who have worked in the theatre have drunk from that elixir and had our life changed and are proud to say that once served it up every night at the jacobs theatre and if you like you can wash it down with a cold beer. thank you, thank you all. off campus shooting. several students at auburn university killed. tonight, the search for the gunman and what triggered the gunfire. >> >> good evening, everyone, thanks for joining us, i'm adam may. drew levinson has the very latest from auburn, alabama. >> reporter: hazardous material teams in white suits scrubbed the crime scene near the campus of auburn university. a manhunt is underway for the alleged shooter. the 22-year-old, police say he shot six people, killing three of them. >> just in shock, right now. >> reporter: investigators say the shooting happened at these apartments after a fight at a party saturday night. many people who live here knew the victims. >> i can't really explain in

drove his vehicle into a car that honked at him. when a third car pulled over to help. hicker son got back into his car, rear-ended the truck and it triggered a chained reaction. at last check, everyone involved was injured -- jerry sandusky charges with sexually abusing many young boys. >> his arrest november 5th, 2011 stunned those at penn state who knew him as an accomplished defensive line coach and a man committed to helping young boys at the charitable organization he founded. but prosecutors say he used that organization to find his victims. >> this is a case about a sexual predator accused of using his position within the community and the university to prey on numerous young boys for more than a decade. >> reporter: alenned crimes detailed in the 23 page grand jury report which said that

sandusky sexually assaulted eight boys over a 15 year period, including allegations that he raped one boy in a shower at penn state. >> for everyone who has ever played sports, you get showers when after you work out. when people heard he had showers with kids. that makes him guilty, right. >> >> reporter: december 7th, he was arrested again, accused of molesting two additional boys, bringing the total number of victims to 10. the attorney representing boy number five said things are clear. >> part of it stack up is the fact that you have all of these similar type incidents among youngsters who were essentially segregated out and then preyed upon. >> >> sandusky has already pleaded "not guilty" to all 50 counts against him >> in syria, a kurdish activist

has been announced the new leader. at a news conference today, the new leader called on officials in syria, russia and china to help him end the bloodshed. as you may recall, dozens have been killed over the last few years, russia and china have blocked u.n. security resolutions that would halt these kills >> world markets open one day after spain accepts a bellout. financial leaders hope that will boost things here in the u.s spain's decision to accept this $125 billion package makes it the fourth and large effort european country to receive emergency assistance. >> >> after 15 seasons in the nfl, derrick mason will retire as a raven. he is expected to announce his retirement at a news conference tomorrow. the 38-year-old played for the

and 60. 49 back in 1960. no wind here at all. tomorrow, the winds go back a little more to the southeast, making it a little cooler tomorrow, because a bit of an ocean flow to the north, clouds activities, showers, but to the south, a bunch of rain coming in there, there you see it tennessee valley and that low pressure with the shower activity should be here late tomorrow night, probably more likely on tuesday, a good chance of shower and maybe thundershowers, heavy rain, in , in and a half. some spots could see as much as two inches of rain as the warm moisture comes along the funnel system, this front, we believe, will slow down to the risk of additional rain on tuesday, tuesday night into early wednesday before the fun gets through, then it will get a little cooler, a little drier we think toward the end of the week. pretty good chance of rain here particularly on most of the
