answers after a teenager is shot and left in a field. officers were called to the field and found the teen suffering from a single gunshot wound to the head. investigators believe the teen was telephone to the location and shot shot in the car. he is in critical, but stable condition tonight a man accused of killing felicia barnes is back in court arraigned on charges, and so is barnes' family. the discovery of the body a year earlier made headlines. we are in court as michaelson gave his plea to the judge >> reporter: johnson maintained his innocence by pleading not guilty in court. from the start, investigators suspected michaelson was involved in the stay appearance and murder of felicia barnes. the student van i should in 2010 while visiting his sister in northwest baltimore. barnes date the sister for

crime, but many business owners say they're being unfairly targeted. more than a hundred owners gathered to hear firsthand from city officials about the new zone patrol to strip the lick core license from their stores. stores like pot bake are beyond angry >> base a feeling of death because of the fact that he's going to end up losing everything if things don't turn out right >> reporter: one quarter of the stores were grandfathered in to zone changes in 1971, but city planners say new studies show aling between violent crime and neighborhoods with high concentrations of lick core stores. that's why under the new patrol, stores with grandfathered licensed would have two years to stop selling lick core, move their area to a store zone for liquor or sell the license to someone else >> i think they need to be looked at on an individual

take a look at temps right right now. the sun at last report, it was 96 at the airport, 83 in oakland, 97 in washington and 80 down by the beach. where am i? by the beach. incredible shrinking turf. it is a lot more comfortable. in the mountains only 83, not so bad. it was up to 70 around noontime. it was a lot more humid and sticky around noon than it is now. even if the temperatures are higher now than earlier in the day. we have a light west around 7 miles per hour, 8 in hagerstown.
