welcome back everybody. we're starting to see the clouds build up with your showers and in some cases a couple of thunderstorms. let's get right into it and show you. some of the showers coming down from the north all a part of the cold front approaching our state. it's going to pass through tomorrow but before it does we do have a chance, not only a few showers up in here but a couple of thunderstorms that have built up. that is moving off to the east- northeast. it still could affect you in annapolis and saverna park. not so, this thunderstorms that one is drifting off to the north. not a whole lot of wind to push these along. maybe get a brief downpour out of it. earlier today sunshine giving way to those clouds. then as we set a couple of showers and a few thunderstorms. hear the wind starting to pick up as the sun approaches
6:49 pm
approaches. 89degrees still outside right here in baltimore. the dewpoints still pretty low, you can get a little bit of relief in the shade because in the sun it is pretty hot. we topped out at 92 degrees this afternoon right back up into the 90s and once again above average. now that is going to change a little bit this week. we have a cold front coming through as we said, there's a doze of cooler air behind it. but as we head into that another front approaching. this is debby on the satellite picture. and it is barely moving, as we were just discussing with adam. in the south that's where all the rain is coming up and pounding florida. not only the rain but with tornadoes. with this storm not moving that quickly that threat is going to continue not only tomorrow but right into the next couple of days. the latest on debby, winds about 60 miles per hour. it is gaining some strength and barely moving. off to the northeast at only 3 miles per hour. so the rain is just going to continue to fall. now on this track, you noticed
6:50 pm
it's changed a lot since yesterday, more so off to the east. that could still change and this could still take more of an east ward jog. so we'll keep you update with that. our forecast models are all over the place still, so with that front coming down from the north the one that's going to affect us. it looks like it's going to pick up debby and force the storm a little bit east than expected by the national weather center that's why that track has changed. we have that front coming through for us also. scattered showers and thunderstorms it gets out of here. tuesday we cool it down, that's only temporary, because look at what's just off to the west. 100degrees again in denver and that's the kind of air moving our way. not exactly 100 but we'll see, if we at least get into the 90s. tomorrow those winds really starting to pick up. tomorrow 67, showers and thunderstorms possible. tomorrow we're going back up into the mid-80s. we cool it down nicely. only 80 for our high. by the time we're into next
