service problems. >> outdated, ineffective and reactive. that's how the baltimore order of fraternal police describes the police department. the union plans to present to city and department leaders with the hopes of fixing what it calls between problems. the watch says in order to reduce crime and cut down on department affiliation caused by bad cops, seven key areas need to be addressed. some include upping the hiring standards, changing the way officers are deployed in making the pay more competitive. they are calling on city hall for a thorough review of policies. tonight the mayor sent us a statement saying, since taking office, the mayor has made a reduction in crime. he has provided funding to prevent police officer layoffs and as a result baltimore has continued to experience historic lows in crime and violence. america shaped the suggestions

rough during evening hours. that front will stick around the next couple of days. it's close enough for a chance of a shower or thunderstorm tomorrow and again on thursday but most of the action or the worst of the action will be off to the south. thursday night though it will turn back into a warm front and back into maryland. thursday and friday at the thunderstorm chances go up once again. another thing without happening, it will switch this weather pattern and temperatures will climb during that stretch. on the water tomorrow, any thunderstorm might be dying down. 68degrees for our low and tomorrow we are are back up close to the average of 83 degrees. a slight chance for thunderstorms thursday but take a look at how the chances climbed friday, saturday and sunday.
