mainly clear, 76 degrees in central maryland right now. the complete first warning weather is coming up. a 34-year-old girl is dangling off a balcony. she was left home alone and somehow got her head caught in the railing. neighbors rushed to help and comforted the little girl until a rescue team was able to break into the apartment and save her. police say the child suffered only an abrasion on her cheek. >> despite more high level defection, syrian government forces turn up the attacks against a rebel stronghold. a major ground assault is expected in the city of alepo.
