heatwave, yea so it's, it's, it's great, it's great! plus, people, send that money to pbs! because the shows are dynamite trust me, they are. chubby tavares: it's always great, you know, when you perform to people who recognize your music and who love what you do and you know, i mean, some of these people go back from the beginning of our careers and they love everything that we've done and we appreciate it and we love them very much. eugene record: we sang at the kiel auditorium in st. louis, now that was when uh "have you seen her," had come out, and we didn't know how big the song was, the song had only been out for like two weeks and the people were, i mean they just, we didn't, we didn't even have it in the show, because we see we didn't learn a song until it got out you know and then we would put it in a show, you know, we

didn't have the song in the show, and the, uh, so we played kiel auditorium and the place was packed, i mean, it was a big place, and the people were just hanging off the ceiling, i mean they were just packed and so the promoter came back to the dressing room and he said uh, "ya'll going to sing "have you seen her," tonight, right?" i said, i looked at him and said, "no, it's not in the show, you know, we don't know that, the band doesn't know the song so he said "man," he said, "ya'll don't sing that song tonight they're going to tear this place up." so we thought he was kidding. so we go on the, we go on the, we go on the stage and we do our show and we got to the last song and we were taking our bow and as we went, started taking our bow the people started saying, "have you seen her have you seen her have you seen her!" the whole place and it was, uh, "have you seen her have you seen her," and we looked at each other as we was taking our bow, coming up looking at each other what we going to do what we going to do? so then the whole place was saying, "have you seen her have you seen her have you seen her!" we said, "ah, man," they said what we going to do,
