city police and federal agents work to identify patients whose privacy may have been violated by a former john hopkins doctor. good afternoon. i'm don scott. >> i'm jessica kartalija. >> here's what people are talking about today the number of patients coming forward is increasing. women worry that their private parts are seen on video from the office of a former john hopkins doctor who killed himself. there are worries they have been posted online. wjz is live. mike schuh has the latest on an ever growing investigation. good afternoon. >> reporter: good afternoon. those are the top concerns. they are speaking out his patients. they are seeking legal advice and worrying that they're most private parts are being seen online. >> wjz learned that federal authorities are actively involved in the investigation of doctor nikita levy, the john

hopkins gynecologist fired earlier this month accused of secretly taking pictures and video of his patients during examination. >> tracy williams is sick. >> what was he doing with the pictures and video? >> that's a being unknown. gynecologist í amphetamine í fete fetish porn is all over the internet. some claim to future videos by real doctors. >> we have a lot more work to do. that is definitely an angle we're going to be pursuing, which is why we're working with federal partners in this case. >> now lawyers in print and online are looking for possible victims like tracy looking to sign up patients as they can preparing for a suit against john hopkins. john hopkins calls the invasion of privacy intolerable saying it violates their code of conduct and everything john hopkins stands for. >> he was the sweetest person. this is all -- this is just shocking. >> jessica wynn said dr. levy saved her life when she suffered

complications during childbirth. she's outraged with john hopkins for failing to notify patients. >> to find out the way we did that hurt. hopkins didn't send out anything. i had to find out on the news, from family. it's not fair. i've been going to him 11 years. >> doctor levy committed suicide this week at his home. patients may never get the answers they want. >> i don't know if one of the videos has me on there or not. i don't know. i can't help from thinking about it. >> reporter: investigators are trying to determine if there were any underage victims. police say it is going to take a long time to sift through all the hard drives and the other evidence they have. i'm mike the number is 410-396-2269. this noon police are investigating a murder/suicide in north baltimore. police were called to the 3900 black of

frisbe street and found a man and woman with gunshot wounds. a young child was found unharmed near by. investigators aren't saying who pulled the trigger. in baltimore county police have identified a man who was shot and killed standing near a bus stop in middle river. 27-year-old robert holiday of baltimore was one of three people shot monday night on eastern boulevard. a 27-year-old woman and 26-year-old man who were with him for shot but survived. police don't a suspect or motive. olympian oscar pistorius is back in a courtroom for his bail hearing. the level of testimony is making it feel more like a murder trial. here's tina krouse. >> oscar pistorius spent much of the day in tears as prosecutors in south africa revealed new details about their case. the athlete sobbed as the detective described how he found

reeva steenkemp lying dead at the bottom of the stairs, her body wrapped in towels. prosecutors say the runner cornered his lover in the bathroom and opened fire, hitting her in the head, arm and hip. pistorius claims he thought she was an intruder. the super star, known as the blade runner said he was not wearing his prosthetics at the time of the shooting. a police detective says the bullets were fired through the top of the bathroom door, suggesting he was on his artificial legs. a neighbor heard non-stop shouting. the defense points out that defense lives half a mile away. the defense fought back after a detective said he found steroids and needles. they said the officer read the label in the dark and what he found was an herbal remedy. >> it's very difficult for me

to accept this. i hope that justice will be in court. >> police say pistorius is a flight risk and should be kept in jail until trial. >> the bond hearing will enter the third day tomorrow. the judge said the defense team would have to prove exceptional circumstances. former congressman jesse jackson, junior pleaded guilty to stealing campaign funds. jackson and his wife are if federal court in washington dc. jackson was charged with misusing more than $750,000 in those funds. prosecutors said he used the money for personal expenses and lavish gifts including a $43,000 rolex watch. jackson's wife, former chicago city council sandi jackson is going to plead guilty to filing false tax returns.

in the weather center. good afternoon, bernadette. >> good afternoon. we're going to start out with the radar. it's already giving way to some snow flurries. you can see coming in on the gusty northwest winds, some flurries. it's not heavy and not going to be heavy. we're going to see rounds of this through the afternoon. the winds are definitely up. we've seen wind gusts over 30 miles per hour. that will continue as we head through the afternoon, keeping that cold air in place. 32 is where we sit right now in baltimore, 18 oak land, 30s down to the ocean. when you factor in the wind it feels like 1 in oakland, 22 in baltimore and 20 in ocean city. for more out to marty. >> reporter: thanks. i want to show you a graphic and show you another impulse is coming our way. it's gathering strength. there may be a severe weather out break today down south. the low is going to head up to the great lakes. everything heads east. there's going to be a
